Granite Bakery did a wonderful job with our wedding cake. We ordered a three tiered cake of raspberry lemonade, custard filling and buttercream frosting. It was beautifully decorated and guests told us it was the best wedding cake they had ever tasted. The bakery had many options to choose from and were patient while we tried different combinations. Once we made a decision, we placed the order and communicated delivery instructions over the phone. The process was easy and we are very happy with how it all turned out.

We were so excited to use granite bakery for our wedding cake and we were not disappointed on how beautiful the cake was and how good it tasted. The reason I gave 4 starts instead of 5 was for the communication over email before the event. I had several occasions where they would Not answer me for many days or they would be rude over email. I would ask simple questions about my order as they did not send confirmations about it in advance. I recommend granite for their high quality and delicious cakes but I hope they will improve their customer service in the future.

Highly recommend this bakery! The team is straightforward, honest, and helpful. They worked within our budget and were willing to help in any way we needed. The tasting was fun, the ordering and payment process was easy, and the cake and cupcakes were delicious and beautiful!! This shop is highly rated for good reason! I would definitely trust them to make your sweet vision come to life!

Love Love Love!! Granite did an amazing job for my daughter’s wedding- everything tasted fantastic! We had different flavors for the various cakes we had and we couldn’t decide which one was the best! The grooms cake- Salt Lake City Police department emblem- was the hit of the wedding! All of the officers in attendance were envious!! Granite was great to work with and great value!

We booked Granite Bakery for our wedding. They were incredible. We showed up on a random weekday afternoon and were quickly tasting many different flavors of cakes and fillings, all of which were delicious. They then sat down with us and clarified exactly what we wanted. On the day, they delivered the cake even earlier than we requested and were very quick with their work.The cake was perfect and absolutely delicious, and we are very sorry to say it is now eaten. We still hope to stop by every now and again for some smaller cakes or cupcakes. Thank you, Granite!

Absolutely fantastic! We had so much fun at our cake tasting, and they are true professionals. We ended up having fewer guests and there was no issue changing our order about a month before the big day. The cake was stunning and tasted delicious, can't wait to eat the top layer on our one year anniversary!

We loved Granite Bakery even before we knew to trust them with our wedding cake. They did Incredible! So delicious- we didn’t have any cake left over. They toook care of us with borrowing a cake stand and knife/server set and the cake looked like perfection! Can’t say enough amazing things about Granite- they are long standing and trusted for a reason!

We had a cupcake tower and a square cake on top. We got married at Solitude, and Granite was able to etch mountains and trees into the icing on all 4 sides of our square cake. It looked so good! We borrowed their cupcake tower and returned it the next day. EVERYONE at our wedding was talking about how delicious the cupcakes were! I would definitely recommend them.

Don’t underestimate this cake place. The flavors were amazing. Definitely try the strawberry cheesecake and Bavarian cream. We had one hiccup but she quickly and professionally resolved it. I will be coming back !!

I loved my cake from Granite, it was a simple 2 tier cake but pretty and int the exact color I asked for and it tasted amazing! they also did a ton of cupcakes and even some gluten free which was nice for my guests. the cupcakes were so pretty too!

Very helpful and incredibly sweet. The samples were amazing and our helper was knowledgeable and accommodating. We knew exactly what we wanted and with them being so prompt-it was a quick and fun process. Edit: we got our cake for the wedding and ate it for DAYS. Everyone LOVED it. Beautfully done and it tasted amazing. My new husband moaned in delight. I couldn't be happier

I went to Granite Bakery for my wedding cake on the recommendation of a friend. I had been looking at other professional cake decorators but am glad I went with Granite Bakery. Not only was the almond poppy seed cake we ordered delicious, but the decorations were gorgeous and on par with other decorators at a lower price.

Granite bakery made the cake for my wedding in September 2016. I brought in a picture of what I was wanting and they said absolutely they could do it. They have a lot of cake and filling flavor options and it was super fun to sample them with my mom. They delivered the cake to our venue in Deer Valley and it was perfect--beautiful and sooo delicious!! Great experience with Granite Bakery!

We ordered a two tier semi-nude carrot cake from Granite Bakery along with almond poppy and chocolate raspberry cupcakes for our wedding in August 2016. The dessert was phenomenal! We received many compliments on the quality and presentation of the cake and cupcakes. Janna at Granite Bakery was extremely helpful in helping us determine the right amount of dessert for our guests and we ended up with hardly any leftovers. It was fantastic. The entire experience with Granite Bakery was pressure free and enjoyable. I would highly recommend them for any wedding or event! Many thanks!

I showed them a picture of what I wanted the cake to look like (very simple) and that's exactly how it turned out! Soooooo delicious too. I absolutely loved it, lots of flavors to choose from.

Such a beautiful wedding cake and so delicious we barely got a piece! The appointment and tasting was easy and friendly. They had a question about the ombré of chocolate colors we chose and I was more than happy to take their advice. It turned out beautiful and I'm very happy with it.

Granite Bakery was very easy to work with, including letting us taste as many flavors as we wanted. We ordered cupcakes for our wedding, including delivery and setup. The setup was beautiful with all the wooden accents they offer for free with your order. We will be back for normal day-to-day bakery goods.

Granite Bakery provided my wedding cake and the groom's cake. The cake was visually stunning and absolutely delicious! I loved that I could have different flavors on every layer. The cake was so moist....I received many compliments on how good it was! The detail was beautiful, and the ability to borrow a stand from them (without extra charge) was very nice. The price was very reasonable, and the customer service was wonderful. I love Granite Bakery, in general, so was not surprised that the wedding and groom's cakes turned out as good as everything else they make!

Granite Bakery makes beautiful and delicious cakes! My groom and I were very happy with the way our cake turned out. My only concern was how long it took me to get in touch with someone who could put in my order. It seems as though they only have one person who deals with weddings and it took four days of going into the bakery and calling to get a hold of her.

The cake was so delicious! You can go in any time they are open for a tasting. We ended up getting a smaller cake and 2 sheet cakes for our wedding which was cheaper from them. They had amazing flavors! My cake was also so pretty and they were great to work with. They also do awesome grooms cakes and other nice treats!

Granite did such an awesome job! Their cakes are delicious and they were so easy to work with. Within 30 minutes of walking in, we had a design that was paid for and everything. It is usually pretty busy/hectic in the bakery, but they still are able to give you personalized attention. The cake was delivered on time and it looked and tasted so delicious! We ordered a half sheet cake for our wedding and they even surprised us with putting the venue logo on the top of the sheet cake slices! What a cool surprise! We called to add a small thing to our cake and they were so accommodating and easy to work with. I can't WAIT to eat more of their cake next time we are in town!

Working with this vendor was easy, and they produce amazing results. We did a taste testing, and then gave them a picture of the cake we wanted. When they delivered it, it was exactly what I had asked for. Very happy! And, it tasted as good as it looked. All of my guests loved the cake. We did two flavors, the bottom was strawberry cheesecake flavored cake with fudge filling, and the top was chocolate cake with dulce de leche filling. Very tasty!

We loved going to Granite Bakery to sample our wedding cake options! They allowed us to try as many cake combinations as we wanted and they were very helpful with answering our questions. They were willing to recreate any wedding cake that I could find to fit our own taste and needs. They cake ended up tasting very good and it looked beautiful.

Granite Bakery was such a wonderful pick for our wedding cake!! We ordered a large sheet cake (fed 96), a cupcake tier w/ 80 cupcakes, and a small square cake topper. Everything arrived exactly on time, and they took so much time carefully decorating every single cupcake and pre-cut cake slice! The flavors we had (vanilla, chocolate, red velvet, and marble) were all sooo moist and delicious, and the fillings (bavarian cream and chream cheese) were to die for!! The price was fantastic also 0 I would definitely recommend them!!

Granite Bakery is a nice place to get cakes from. They are friendly and clean. I called a few hours just before my wedding needing a cake stand and they were able to bring one for me. I also got the dessert from them and they were delicious and priced well. I will continue to recommend them to friends and go to there bakery for more goodies.

I got my wedding cake, sugar cookies, and cake pops. The wedding cake was beautiful, just the way I wanted it!! They also included a wooden cake stand and it made everything perfect. I never saw the sugar cookies, they were all eaten up before I got there, but the cake pops were a little sloppy. I had them make them like bumble bees, and they didn't turn out as cute as I would have liked.

Very helpful, affordable, great customer service. I have a very picky groom when it comes to food, so we picked a layer just for hom. red velvet with rum filling. they never put that layer in. they used chocolate cake instead. maybe they were hoping we wouldn't notice... oh he noticed.

I decided to go with cupcakes instead of a cake and just have a top layer for the cake cutting. The bakery did exactly what I wanted and it turned out perfectly! My mom called to order a groom's cake as a surprise to me and the groom, but the bakery accidentally called me to confirm the flavor of the cake. It all worked out and that was our only hiccup.

I requested that we have a cupcake tower and a top tier with a cake for our topper. they made all of them match perfectly. Even when i made a mistake and did not buy enough ribbon for the cupcake tower, the covered the difference and found ribbon to match to go on the tower without worrying me about it! They are amazing.

My cake was so great!! It was very important to me that my cake taste super yummy and that most of it be eaten at my reception. I did not want to use fondant, even though their fondant was pretty good, and I wanted it to be all butter cream. There are a lot of bakers out there that just cannot pull off a beautiful cake with just buttercream.......this baker is NOT one of them. My cake was BREATHTAKING!! They let me choose a different flavor cake and filling for each layer (I had 6) and there was no extra charge. Cake was sooooo good and everyone gobbled it up with smiles on their faces. :)
