I went to Facebook and was able to get in touch with Christopher & Shay Moore who are the married couple pastry chefs . They have been making wonderful cakes for family an friends....
They also make special birthday cakes like the one's you see on shows like the show "Cake Boss".. Not only to they make cakes but makre delicious large gourmet beautiful pies that they shrink wrap and ship frozen in a Tiffany Style gift box with a red ribbon like everyone is a gift with the gross grain tied around them and are shipped frozen as a few of their cakes like Their original recipe we had in our wedding cake their, Carrot Cake with buttermilk glaze and delicious cream cheese icing topped with pecans all are shipped all over the country. We ordered them for gifts for our family and clients for our business. Christopher and Shay are perfectionist. All their desserts are made from their own original recipes everything we've asked them to make is not only great looking but taste delicious. They're still baking great desserts. We found them on Facebook!

ur song with 2 layer of Red Velvet & Black Forest...YUMMY! And the Groom's cake was in the design of a Mountain Dew can with Vanilla pound and Chocolate Ganache.
The designs were exactly what we wanted and the taste...unbelievably to die for! They were amazing to work with and were always available for all of the many questions I had.
I have already recommended them to my friends getting married.

Christopher and Shay made our wedding cake just a week after getting back from their own honeymoon. The cake was beautiful - Christopher found just the right sized grapes to sugar ...
and use as a topper, and the violet flower accents by Shay were lovely. The chocolate cake and chocolate ganache layer went very quickly, and we didn't get any ourselves. We had the yummy butter pound cake layer. We both prefer buttercream icing and Shay makes the best - hands down. I'd pay her just to make icing it is so good.
What was the biggest thing though was the wedding day assistance they provided - picking up the flowers, decorating the event site, directing guests at the ceremony, and making sure I had nothing to worry about. Thank you!!

Granny Bubba did my wedding cake and it was done very well. I really enjoyed all of the different flavors. I could tell that they took a lot of time and care in making it.

nything that really impressed us in both taste and price. Then we found Granny Bubba and were quickly sold!
For the wedding cake, we met with them once to discuss what we wanted and then a second time when they actually made the top layer of our cake so we could see exactly what it would look and taste like. From there we made a few small changes and then on the wedding day we were THRILLED with the results because it was not only beautiful but so, so tasty. (And we love sweets, so our standards are high!)
For the grooms cake, my husband wasn't sure what he wanted so we told them a bit about the things he likes and asked for ideas--- and boy did they deliver! The cake was both delicious (they graciously used his mom's famous chocolate cake recipe with a few modifications since the reception was outside) and really, really cool because it was shaped like a boat. Gorgeous, yummy and sentimental. We loved it.
Working with the folks at Granny Bubba was easy and pleasant and we could just tell they wanted us to be really happy with the way things turned out and we definitely were. I've already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.
