She was incredibly detailed, knowledgeable, and on top of everything. If anything went wrong the day of the wedding, I had no clue — because Allye handled it all flawlessly. On top of that, I had a very sick one-year-old, and she went out of her way to help with him too. From wedding coordination to mom support, she truly did it all! The owner, Jamie, even came out early on the morning of our wedding to let us in and make sure everything looked perfect. That personal touch meant so much to us. I can’t say enough good things about this venue. I’d recommend Grant Hill Farms to anyone getting married. And let’s not forget — their decor inventory is unbelievable! I was able to make all my wedding decor dreams come true for a fraction of the cost, thanks to their huge selection that’s free for couples to use. At the end of the night, the staff helped clean everything up so all we had to do was grab our personal items. It was truly the most stress-free and beautiful experience. We absolutely love this place!

It’s spacious enough to host a large celebration, but still feels intimate and personal no matter your guest count. Their curated selection of décor was a huge bonus — offering plenty of variety to suit any style or aesthetic, which made designing our day so much easier. The bridal suite was everything I hoped for and more — spacious, comfortable, and ideal for myself, my five bridesmaids, both moms, my niece, and two hair and makeup artists. One of the most valuable parts of this experience was how thoughtful and prepared the team was. They provided so many details and amenities that I wouldn’t have even thought to ask for — and that level of support was invaluable during such an exciting (and, let’s be honest, occasionally overwhelming) time. Which brings me to what was hands-down my favorite part of Grant Hill Farms: the staff. From the owners, Jamie and her husband, to our coordinator Makayla and every team member we encountered — every single person genuinely cared about making our day as special and seamless as possible. Their kindness, professionalism, and empathy stood out in every interaction. They handled even our complicated family dynamics with such grace and understanding, and made sure my husband and I always felt heard, supported, and prioritized. If I could relive our wedding day at Grant Hill Farms over and over again, I absolutely would. If you’re considering this venue — don’t hesitate. You will not be disappointed.

g day planning with 6-month and 3-month out meetings and took care of vendor coordination for the day of. Our coordinator worked with my vendors to craft our wedding day timeline which was super helpful as I was not knowledgeable on how long each part of the day should run. On the day of the wedding, the GHF staff took care of everything but the decorating which made it as stress-free as possible. They also had a decorations closet that could be pulled from, which saved a lot of money on buying floating candle vases, votives, gold plate chargers, and general signage like table numbers, seating charts, reserved signs, etc. The grounds are beautiful and offer a covered pavilion for an easy last-minute rain plan. The sunset pictures after our wedding ceremony in the field were to die for!

happy, and relaxed! The dance floor space was just right and the ceiling fans outside at the pavilion where the ceremony was were a blessing since it was nearly 90 degrees. The venue itself was amazing, but what was even better was the Grant Hill Team. Shoutout to Makayla who anticipated our every need spot on throughout the day, was well aware of the timeline and whereabouts, and the most noticeable part was how calm she was throughout the day with the pressure of making sure everything is on time. My wife went on and on about how kind, helpful, and fun Makayla was while planning our wedding day. My wife and I truly had our DREAM Wedding day of our lives and the team at Grant Hill Farms truly was a huge factor in that and helped make all the details work so smoothly!

Jamie was so responsive & treated us like family the whole time. I knew instantly when we arrived for our tour that this venue was exactly what we wanted & more. I even had to change the date we originally went for for our wedding at the last minute & Jamie was so accommodating. & the venue comes with a wedding coordinator, ours was Makayla & she was the BEST. She was very responsive through the whole process of planning- we set up two meetings to go over major details & she was so patient with me & the many crazy people she had to deal with in our wedding party ;) she set up all the details, even helped me so much the day of the wedding when she didn’t need to & did it 8 months pregnant! She is a rockstar & all of the staff there are so wonderful. I can’t say enough of how amazing this venue is. I couldn’t have imagined my day any other way. I also chose preferred vendors they have worked with before & im so glad I did bc they knew how they worked & everything went so smoothly the day of the wedding. It was absolutely perfect! I cannot recommended them more!!

So much thought goes into every detail from the ready rooms to the table set up to the kitchen, etc. Jamie was our coordinator and she was so responsive and kind every step of the way and always on top of things. I never had a single concern because I had so much trust and faith in her and it took so much stress out of the process. Leading up to the day she helped with timeline, vendors, etc. and often offered helpful suggestions for things I hadn't even thought of. She and her staff were so helpful during our rehearsal and day of running everything so that myself and my husband and our parents could enjoy the day without worrying about anything. Hands down recommend, so thankful this is the venue we chose and that we got to work with such wonderful, kind, professional people. Thank you Jamie!

Jamie was the absolute best and worked with us to find a new date - so patient and empathetic to what we were going through, and she contacted all of our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page with the new date. During our planning meetings, Jamie was so amazing at helping us picture our day from start to finish, and kept notes on every single detail so nothing was forgotten - so thorough! The month leading up to our wedding, she was so on top of things - sending timelines to all of our vendors and contacting everyone to take everything off my plate. During rehearsal and day of, she was an absolute dream. There was never a moment I felt stressed or felt as though something wouldn't be handled. She made me feel like the only bride on the planet when I know she had a million things going on. I completely credit the success of our wedding day to Jamie and the team at Grant Hill! You will not regret booking here!

She is an excellent planner, and always thought of everything, even when I couldn't. My wedding day was truly a memorable one, with Covid and then a severe thunderstorm with hurricane force winds starting right as my wedding party was about to walk down the aisle to the covered pavillion outside. You would think that a bride would be stressed out to the max. However, Jamie and her team made it a top priority to keep every one safe and pulled off a ceremony location switch at the final minutes to make for an intimate and beautiful ceremony for my husband and I inside the barn with our guests.
