en when we had some last minute curve balls pop up week-of and day-of, and sure enough our wedding went so smoothly... or if it didn't, it was never our problem!
She was happy to answer planning questions throughout the entire year leading up to our wedding even before our actual month-of coordination started, and she is so kind and an expert at what she does. Her rates are super reasonable too, she could probably charge twice what we paid. We can't recommend her enough!

She truly went the extra mile to make sure our vision was realized, even doing things out of her normal scope. We’re still getting countless compliments on how smooth the wedding was, and it’s entirely because of Tara’s professionalism and guidance. The amazing memories we have of the day are because of her! She has such a calm, grounding presence while also being incredibly tactical and proactive. It is a perfect balance.
I got married on 4/4/2026, and the weather was all over the place leading up to the day, which of course caused some stress. Tara was always steady and reassuring, confident that everything would be okay and that we had a plan. On the day of, we had to combine our wet weather and dry weather plans at the last minute, and somehow it turned out even better than what we had originally envisioned. It did not rain during our ceremony or reception, and the setup she created on the spot was better than either plan we had prepared.
She truly brought our dream day to life, and I did not have to stress about a single thing. She kept me informed, adapted to whatever I needed, and still allowed me to be fully present and enjoy the day.
I am so grateful for her and would recommend her a million times over to anyone planning a wedding.

We had a few unexpected hiccups but Tara handled each one so smoothly that I didn’t have to worry about a thing. She kept the day running effortlessly and made sure everything looked and felt perfect. I’m so grateful for her professionalism, attention to detail, and positive attitude throughout the whole process. She was also amazing guiding us throughout the rehearsal!!

ar, but Tara made it easy. From our very first call, she was punctual, thorough, and clearly understood my vision. By the time we did our final walkthrough, Tara and her team had not only grasped every detail of my plans but also suggested thoughtful improvements and backup options I hadn’t even considered.
The night before the wedding, an unexpected cold front forced us to move everything indoors. Tara and her team jumped into action without hesitation, seamlessly transitioning to the backup plan and adjusting things to make sure everything still looked beautiful.
Tara had just had a baby a few weeks prior and had arranged for Chi from her team to be our day-of coordinator. Even while easing back from maternity leave, Tara was still fully involved. She was present for our final walkthrough, the rehearsal, and even came on the wedding day to ensure everything was set up perfectly. Truly above and beyond.
Tara is professional, kind, organized, and incredibly detail-oriented. Chi was also AMAZING, warm, calming, and an absolute rockstar on the day of the wedding. She took charge of every single DIY detail (and there were a lot) and made sure everything ran smoothly. Her calm presence eased all nerves.
To top it all off, Chi even helped after the wedding. We had planned to take our florals to the cemetery the next day to honor family members who have passed. That night, when my family realized they didn’t have room in the car, Chi graciously offered, completely outside of our contract, to meet them the next day and help deliver the flowers. That level of care and kindness is rare and speaks volumes about this team.
I’ve been to many weddings where things get missed or fall through the cracks, but not with Tara and her team. I am beyond grateful. If you're looking for a wedding coordinator, Grant Your Wish Weddings should be your first call. You will not be disappointed.
