Our wedding day was extremely special and a day we will never forget! Besides the joy of having our family and friends there to celebrate with us, the day just would not have been...
possible without the efforts of our family, wedding coordinators, florist, musicians, and pastor. Rev. Grant Horner was relatively new at our church at the time, but we quickly grew to appreciate him as we shared with each other during our premarital counseling sessions. He brought up and led us through vital topics for us to discuss as a couple, some of which we had not yet even considered. He was very positive and encouraging throughout the whole process. What impressed us the most was his message during the wedding ceremony. Woven between various scriptures and Godly advice for a Christian couple, Grant included bits and pieces of things we had shared about each other that he heard directly from us during the counseling sessions. It gave the message, and ultimately the whole ceremony, such a personal, unique touch! It was no “cookie cutter” message for sure. Thus, we would most definitely recommend Grant to anyone seeking someone to officiate their special day!
Grant was the perfect officiant for our wedding and so much more. We were blessed to have him conduct our pre-marital counseling, which he did with loving, judgment-free honesty an...
d Biblical wisdom that helped my husband and I begin our union with the strongest possible foundation. Additionally, he officiated two weddings for us! First, he orchestrated a small, intimate wedding with only a couple witnesses to make it official, then he traveled cross country a few months later to help us celebrate with all our family and friends at our big wedding celebration. On both occasions, he did a wonderful job, injecting the perfect amount of personality and making both days so special to us. He is personable, charming, and totally committed to facilitating the long-term success of each couple he works with. Would highly recommend Grant to any couple looking for great relationship counsel founded in Biblical principles and an easy-going professional officiant to orchestrate their perfect day.
