Would definitely recommend this vendor - they were easy to work with, and the price was very reasonable. There was a few changes last minute and they managed them seamlessly. The drivers were super friendly and they offer a nice fleet of vehicles.

Gray Line provided shuttle services for our wedding guests between the reception and hotel. Mallory was extremely helpful throughout the booking process and was very quick to communicate. Gray Line offered a competitive price, and we were very pleased we chose them for our special occasion. The driver, Don, was very kind and ensured all our guests arrived safely. Gray Line was fabulous to work with and they were spot on with transportation! We had to adjust numbers a couple of times with Covid uncertainty leading up to the wedding, but they were super flexible with updating quotes and locking in the final decision. For the day off, everything went according to plan and we couldn’t of asked for anything more!

We had the school bus to transport our wedding party from ceremony to reception and then to shuttle guests from reception to hotels, and we are so glad we went with Gray Line! Our driver was very kind and accommodating! He was also able to figure out how to hook a phone up to the speaker so we could listen to music instead of the radio. Working with the Grey Line (Schmitty & Son's) office was a really good experience. They answered all of my questions, got my trip scheduled, etc. When it came to the day of my wedding, that's where the stress came in. Even though we had a schedule, the driver wouldn't leave the hotel without talking to my coordinator (again, we had a schedule with departure times) and when I had guests that wanted to go back to the hotel at 9pm with their children, I found myself out in the parking lot (in my wedding dress), explaining to the driver that I needed him to make this run (next hard-scheduled run wasn't until 11pm but we paid for all-evening service). This wasn't something that I needed. I was missing out on the biggest party of my life because this driver was refusing to run a trip of guests back to the hotel. The bus was great, clean... but the level of service by the driver was lacking.

We were impressed with our limo driver and service for the wedding. We didn’t want a limo for a long time and this was a fantastic deal for the amount of time we needed them. The bus was on time, clean, and ready for us as we did our bubble send off. The driver was willing to make one stop on the way to the reception!

Gary Line was well-priced, on time, comfortable and courteous. We used them for our wedding to transport our guests from the hotel to our venue and back. We highly recommend them!

We had the trolley as our after-party-bus and it was a HIT. So unique and special to have a true trolley driving us and 25 of our best friends around. Booking was a breeze and the driver, Don, was so kind, good-humored and patient with a big crew of wedding party people. Gray Line is much better value for money than anything else I could find in Minnesota, and I couldn't recommend it more highly -- one part of wedding planning that's actually easy! :-)

They offer so many options to make your special day exactly what you want! We rented a trolley for the bridal party to ride from the church to the reception. It was actually only a 10 minute drive, but the minimum amount of time to rent it was 2 hours, so we extended the ride and had a really fun, relaxing drive along the river in St. Paul enjoying each other's company and sipping champagne! We also rented a charter bus for rides for the guests from the hotel and the reception. We kept the charter bus running rounds all night so people could come and go as they please, and we would not have to worry about guest overindulging in the open bar. The drivers were so professional, patient, and kind. Excellent customer service!

I booked a mini passenger coach for a bachelorette party over Memorial Day weekend. Our driver, John, arrived about 20 minutes early, was friendly, and knowledgeable about Stillwater locale. The bus was sleek, clean, and affordable. The sales manager, Mike, was also very receptive to my emails and questions. Would definitely recommend and use for future transportation needs!

We used Gray Line for our transportation on the day of our wedding and couldn't be happier. Working with them beforehand during the planning stage was very easy, and they were also very responsive to our small schedule changes. The bus was clean and in great shape. They were very affordable compared to other companies. The driver (Wayne) was absolutely fantastic. He was courteous and professional. He went out of his way to bring us back a folder that was left on the bus, which contained a bunch of important items. We were truly humbled and touched that he would go out of his way to do that for us, and it really eliminated a stressful situation for us.

We booked 2 mini coaches for our wedding day--one to transport the wedding party and drive us around for photos, and another as a shuttle for wedding guests between the hotels and reception. Gray Line was awesome! The booking and scheduling process was so simple, and the sales associates were so accommodating and friendly when we had to change the bus schedule a million times. The drivers showed up on time, were very friendly, and one even stayed late to pick up any remaining guests who stayed to help clean up after the reception (which he did not have to do, but was such an amazing gesture). Plus, the coaches were so much cheaper than any other company's even though we still got top notch service. I highly recommend Gray Line!

We used Gray Line for our wedding at my parents house. Guests parked at the nearby baseball field and everything worked out PERFECTLY. They were very fast and detailed in getting quotes and information over to me, and finalizing the deposit was easy. The driver, Andy, was fantastic to work with. All I heard was positive feedback from our guests about how courteous he was, and at the end of the night he even stopped to double-check and ensure the last of the guests had to made it to their vehicles (there were a few cards remaining and he wanted to ensure no one was stranded). We worked with lots of vendors for our event and Gray Line were among the small handful that I feel worked out perfectly. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that. There can be so much stress planning a wedding, and I cannot tell you enough how much of a difference it makes to work with a company that makes it easy from beginning to end. Gray Line can count on us for future events, as well as references to our friends and family.

We had the Gray Line Trolley transport our bridal party to a nearby location for photos. The trolley was so adorable! It was really clean and had cushions on all the seats, which was a relief for all the ladies to get off their feet for awhile. The driver, Tom, was really friendly and professional and even arrived early. Our trolley ride was a highlight of the day and the company was really easy to work with. We highly recommend this company and especially the little green trolley.

Hearing about other wedding couple's terrible experiences with wedding transportation (and enormous costs involved with their terrible service), my wife and I went with Gray Line and were paired with Schmitty and Sons. If we had to do it again, we would have gone directly to Schmitty and Sons -- they were simply awesome. Our bus was a brand new black, classy bus that could not have been cleaner. Our driver was hilarious and totally understanding that he was dealing with a crazy wedding party (and their many drinks). We made a bunch of unexpected stops, and he was totally accommodating. More than that though, the quote was far less than other transportation companies. I feel like going with a place that doesn't market themselves as solely a wedding transportation company cuts down on the expense, and you still get a bus that's exactly the same as the competition.

Grayline (formerly Schmitty and Sons) provided the trolley to transport our wedding party - we had so much fun! Bob was our driver and he was great, very flexible with where we wanted to go - even drove us to make a quick stop at the liquor store! He also got out to help all the ladies into and out of the trolley at every stop. If you are looking for a company to take care of travel, use Grayline!

Gray Line was perfect for our transportation! We had them for most of the day. They picked up the guys from the hotel at 10:30 and dropped them off at the chapel for the guys photos. Then they came back and picked up the ladies. They came back after the ceremony and picked up the whole crew for the ride back to our reception. We rented a 30 passanger bus and I'm so happy with what we got. The bus was nice, clean and roomy. We were able to get the bridal party and their dates back to the reception and we had so much fun on the ride back! The driver wanted to stop at a few bars on the way back, but I decided to go straight back to the hotel- it was nice that he was throwing out suggestions since we weren't from the area. We had tons of alcohol on the bus and at and back at the hotel. It worked out perfectly. The driver let us jam to whatever we wanted and we were able to let loose. Our driver was so much fun and quite the charecter. He made the experience better! I plan to book them for future guys/girls nights out; for a midsize group it's better than cabbing it! They were a great deal for what they offer. I couldn't find anyone from Milwaukee to Minneapolis who could beat their prices. Their buses are top quality and their company was so easy to work with. You'll be lucky if you can book them for your day.

Grayline helped us provide day of transportation for our bridal party and then transportation for our guests throughout the night. They were timely, friendly, personable and a true joy. Great customer service!!

We wanted to have a nice vehicle for transporting the wedding party from the ceremony to the reception and to have transportation for guests at the end of the night so no one had to worry about driving home. To save on costs we rented the a full size motor coach, it seated up to 54 passengers I believe. It was all black on the outside, with wood floors and deluxe seats inside. It worked perfectly for both portions of the evening. The wedding party road in style with plenty of room! Then starting at 11 pm the driver started taking trips to the hotels from our reception. The driver was friendly, helpful and willing to adjust to what we needed for the night. The final bus was able to fit everyone that needed a ride. We had many comments on how nice of a bus it was, looking from the outside and from the inside. Added bonus... a bathroom on board! I would definitely recommend Gray Line to anyone planning a wedding. They have other smaller options as well but I was very impressed with the luxury features in the full size motor coach.

My husband and I wanted a trolley to transport us and the bridal party from the ceremony to take pictures and then to the reception. Not many transportation lines offer a trolley as an option. The trolley was awesome! It fit 27 passengers, was a great ride, and looked awesome in our photos. The customer service at Gray Line was a little under par. First the person I was working with left and I was never notified until I attempted to email her to change the pick up time of the trolley. Then I was told I would have to pay $50 more for less time. When I asked about it, I was told they were mistaken and no extra charge would be applied. The trolley arrived on time and all was good until the trolley driver didn't know where we were going for pictures (even though I had told the customer service guy where we would all be stopping) and we had to direct him to our ONE other photo stop which was just down the street from the ceremony spot. After taking photos we headed to the reception venue. All was well, until we took a different exit from the highway than we were supposed to. I thought the driver knew a back way to the hotel. No, he brought us to the wrong hotel! He then was arguing with us that this was the place he was told to go. We insisted it was the wrong hotel and had to tell him the correct address which he needed to program in the GPS to get to. Needless to say, I was disappointed in the service. The only positive thing was that there was no immediate down payment required which was nice because many of our other vendors required a down payment right away so our check book was a little low when we booked the trolley. In the end, the trolley ride was fun and made for good photos, but wasn't worth the money we paid for just 2 hours of service.

They kept us informed of a driver change, and were very reasonably priced. We had a pickup change at the last minute and they were very accomodating.

We rented a trolley for our wedding transportation. Everything went really well. The trolley was on time and very clean. Our driver was very friendly and even rolled out a red carpet for us. We listened to music on a CD we burned for the ride, and it sounded great through the speakers. The trolley was so cute and great for pictures! We had a Just Married Banner made and put on the trolley and it looked very nice! We fit our wedding party, their dates, and 2 photographers on the trolley, (about 27 ppl)and there was room to spare because you can stand up and hold on to straps.

Our limo driver was right on time and new exactly where to go and kept us on time to get to the Reception. The limo bus was huge and had plenty of room for all of my bridal party. We played our own music and the system was awesome! Shuttle driver was great and accommodated us at the end of the night because we were running a little behind. Special thank you to both drivers and making our day go so smooth!

Excellent value! We rented a black 56-passenger motorcoach to haul our rather large wedding party to the pictures site, the ceremony site, and the reception. The driver did an amazing job maneuvering the big vehicle on the cramped streets of Stillwater, MN. The inside of the bus was black leather and wood flooring - just beautiful. The company did lose track of one of our payments, but otherwise the service was excellent. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality transportation on their wedding day.

We had the trolly for our wedding party's transportation from the ceremony location to the reception. The trolly was amazing and comfortable for our entire wedding party, dates and our photographer. We received a lot of compliments from guests on how unique the trolly was!!
