ing, that's where the stress came in. Even though we had a schedule, the driver wouldn't leave the hotel without talking to my coordinator (again, we had a schedule with departure times) and when I had guests that wanted to go back to the hotel at 9pm with their children, I found myself out in the parking lot (in my wedding dress), explaining to the driver that I needed him to make this run (next hard-scheduled run wasn't until 11pm but we paid for all-evening service). This wasn't something that I needed. I was missing out on the biggest party of my life because this driver was refusing to run a trip of guests back to the hotel. The bus was great, clean... but the level of service by the driver was lacking.

a 10 minute drive, but the minimum amount of time to rent it was 2 hours, so we extended the ride and had a really fun, relaxing drive along the river in St. Paul enjoying each other's company and sipping champagne! We also rented a charter bus for rides for the guests from the hotel and the reception. We kept the charter bus running rounds all night so people could come and go as they please, and we would not have to worry about guest overindulging in the open bar. The drivers were so professional, patient, and kind. Excellent customer service!

o very responsive to our small schedule changes. The bus was clean and in great shape. They were very affordable compared to other companies. The driver (Wayne) was absolutely fantastic. He was courteous and professional. He went out of his way to bring us back a folder that was left on the bus, which contained a bunch of important items. We were truly humbled and touched that he would go out of his way to do that for us, and it really eliminated a stressful situation for us.

reception. Gray Line was awesome! The booking and scheduling process was so simple, and the sales associates were so accommodating and friendly when we had to change the bus schedule a million times. The drivers showed up on time, were very friendly, and one even stayed late to pick up any remaining guests who stayed to help clean up after the reception (which he did not have to do, but was such an amazing gesture). Plus, the coaches were so much cheaper than any other company's even though we still got top notch service. I highly recommend Gray Line!

All I heard was positive feedback from our guests about how courteous he was, and at the end of the night he even stopped to double-check and ensure the last of the guests had to made it to their vehicles (there were a few cards remaining and he wanted to ensure no one was stranded). We worked with lots of vendors for our event and Gray Line were among the small handful that I feel worked out perfectly. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that. There can be so much stress planning a wedding, and I cannot tell you enough how much of a difference it makes to work with a company that makes it easy from beginning to end. Gray Line can count on us for future events, as well as references to our friends and family.

Our bus was a brand new black, classy bus that could not have been cleaner. Our driver was hilarious and totally understanding that he was dealing with a crazy wedding party (and their many drinks). We made a bunch of unexpected stops, and he was totally accommodating. More than that though, the quote was far less than other transportation companies. I feel like going with a place that doesn't market themselves as solely a wedding transportation company cuts down on the expense, and you still get a bus that's exactly the same as the competition.

tos. Then they came back and picked up the ladies. They came back after the ceremony and picked up the whole crew for the ride back to our reception. We rented a 30 passanger bus and I'm so happy with what we got. The bus was nice, clean and roomy. We were able to get the bridal party and their dates back to the reception and we had so much fun on the ride back! The driver wanted to stop at a few bars on the way back, but I decided to go straight back to the hotel- it was nice that he was throwing out suggestions since we weren't from the area. We had tons of alcohol on the bus and at and back at the hotel. It worked out perfectly. The driver let us jam to whatever we wanted and we were able to let loose. Our driver was so much fun and quite the charecter. He made the experience better! I plan to book them for future guys/girls nights out; for a midsize group it's better than cabbing it! They were a great deal for what they offer. I couldn't find anyone from Milwaukee to Minneapolis who could beat their prices. Their buses are top quality and their company was so easy to work with. You'll be lucky if you can book them for your day.

o worry about driving home. To save on costs we rented the a full size motor coach, it seated up to 54 passengers I believe. It was all black on the outside, with wood floors and deluxe seats inside. It worked perfectly for both portions of the evening. The wedding party road in style with plenty of room! Then starting at 11 pm the driver started taking trips to the hotels from our reception. The driver was friendly, helpful and willing to adjust to what we needed for the night. The final bus was able to fit everyone that needed a ride. We had many comments on how nice of a bus it was, looking from the outside and from the inside. Added bonus... a bathroom on board! I would definitely recommend Gray Line to anyone planning a wedding. They have other smaller options as well but I was very impressed with the luxury features in the full size motor coach.

s an option. The trolley was awesome! It fit 27 passengers, was a great ride, and looked awesome in our photos. The customer service at Gray Line was a little under par. First the person I was working with left and I was never notified until I attempted to email her to change the pick up time of the trolley. Then I was told I would have to pay $50 more for less time. When I asked about it, I was told they were mistaken and no extra charge would be applied. The trolley arrived on time and all was good until the trolley driver didn't know where we were going for pictures (even though I had told the customer service guy where we would all be stopping) and we had to direct him to our ONE other photo stop which was just down the street from the ceremony spot. After taking photos we headed to the reception venue. All was well, until we took a different exit from the highway than we were supposed to. I thought the driver knew a back way to the hotel. No, he brought us to the wrong hotel! He then was arguing with us that this was the place he was told to go. We insisted it was the wrong hotel and had to tell him the correct address which he needed to program in the GPS to get to. Needless to say, I was disappointed in the service. The only positive thing was that there was no immediate down payment required which was nice because many of our other vendors required a down payment right away so our check book was a little low when we booked the trolley. In the end, the trolley ride was fun and made for good photos, but wasn't worth the money we paid for just 2 hours of service.
