Gray Phoenix Design

Gray Phoenix did our up lighting and it was the easiest part of our wedding day. Jim was super easy to work with and communicative!

Jim and the Gray Phoenix team are AWESOME! He is super professional and easy to work with. He took the time to listen to what I wanted to create on my wedding day, and went above and beyond with suggestions and ideas. Jim and the Gray Phoenix team were so wonderful to work with. The draping work was beautifully done, and so thoughtful about the details of the venue. Jim was kind, professional, and truly did an amazing job. The process booking them is a bit old-fashioned, but the end product was SO worth it.

I worked with Jim at Gray Phoenix for our string lights at our reception. He was very responsive and made sure that he knew exactly what we wanted! The string lights looked amazing strung across the balcony at Soldiers and Sailors and Jim made the whole process super easy.

I worked with Danielle when we decided what lighting we wanted at our wedding. I didn't even know what bistro lights were until we came here, ha! Danielle's easy going personality made this part of the wedding planning fun! We ended up being very pleased with what we selected. Thanks bunches!

I was very pleased with the uplighting, globe lighting, and fabric design that Jim and Danielle put together for my wedding at Slate Event Studio. While I did have some difficulty with my wishes/details being misplaced (had to re-explain the design four times over the phone), Jim was quick to provide an invoice each time and answer my questions. He and his team also included a few extra lighting features the day of the wedding that I did not pay for which was a very pleasant surprise. Thanks for being a part of my wedding day!

I used their draping for my ceremony. Danielle from start to finish was amazing. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner. My ceremony was breathtaking I can’t even put into words. They made everything perfect. I rewatch my versing video over and over again and I’m just in awe how they transformed the gazebo. Hire gray Phoenix you will not be disappointed. They are amazing!!!

We had our wedding reception at Pgh Zoo in the Garden tent and although the tent was lit up with bistro lighting surrounded by lush greenery I felt it needed a little something extra, so we decided to put gold and white swags above the dancefloor and it looked amazing! Easy to work with creatively and affordability.

Danielle and the gray phoenix team were amazing! The chandelier and pipe and drape were the perfect touches on our wedding day to being my vision to life!! Thank you so much!

Jim was a pleasure to work with, he was responsive and organized and offered to meet me at the venue to go over what I was looking for. The tent swag added an extra element to the tent and chandeliers were gorgeous!

Jim was so helpful and easy to work with. We didn't need a lot, just some bistro-style string lights, but they really helped set the mood for the night. Great value for price.

Jim did an amazing job on our wedding at Phipps! He really transformed the space and made it look so magical! He was really nice, informative and easy to work with. His prices were totally reasonable! He did draping and uplighting for us and it not only transformed the space but also made everything look so much better for photo and video (I'm a videographer, so lighting was a big thing for us!). It was like having a constant fill light on. I couldn't ask for more! I can't wait to have the pictures back of the room so we can share with Jim. Everything truly looked magical! Thank you Jim!! :)
