The Fairway House and its adjoining lawn and large covered patio provided a seamless space throughout the night as we transitioned from our ceremony, to our cocktail hour, and then to the reception. The venue photographs beautifully, especially when there is an Arizona sunset! Our guests were impressed and raved about the beauty of the venue. The Events team is lovely to work with, as they made many accommodations and customizations throughout the planning process. The service staff was very attentive to the needs of our guests on our big day. We highly recommend Grayhawk as a wedding venue. It was the perfect backdrop to a day which felt like a dream!

super flexible with making our ideas a reality. I felt so confident going into my wedding day, and it went off without a hitch! Although there are 2 wedding locations on site, they were entirely separate and did not have any issues. My ceremony was first, and the start of their guests arriving was not even noticeable, in case that is something you would be worried about. I am so happy I went with Grayhawk! I booked the venue almost 2 years in advance, and it was still the right choice.

timely manner. Our wedding was everything we envisioned. The ceremony space was absolutely stunning with the red geraniums against the pristine blue water and well maintained greens. For the reception, we chose the McDowell Room. The food and beverages were delicious, the help was top notch, and the layout was well planned out. We liked how the dance floor was in the center so all tables had a great view. It was nice to know that there was no need to stress because we were in good hands. We had a blast and wish we could do it all over again!

To elevate the formality, I had requested the service staff wear clean, crisp black button-down shirts, an improvement over the polo shirts worn at a previous event I attended. This formal attire was a perfect match for our wedding. The only downside was the lack of on-site getting ready space for the bridal party and groomsmen, requiring us to use a nearby hotel. It would have been ideal to remain on the Grayhawk property all day. Overall, Grayhawk proved to be an incredible venue with an incredible team that made our wedding day truly perfect.

Another compliment that we received was how great the food was, Unfortunately, just due to nerves for the day my husband and I barely ate anything, but just based off of what everyone was telling us food was to die for. Again, there is no other venue in Phoenix Area that I could recommend more than this one.

As food lovers, we were intent on making sure the dinner was spectacular for our guests and they delivered with 5 Stars. When we arrived at the venue on the day of, we were greeted by the team and made to feel comfortable and they, accessible. We had designated team members to check in with us throughout the night to make sure we had drinks in hand and everything we needed. Lauren also provided us with a list of excellent vendor recommendations, which we used to choose our photographer, videographer, rentals, and DJ. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and we cannot recommend Grayhawk enough!

She did not skip a beat and helped me with every little detail. She was there to answer and help me anytime I reached out. Grayhawk not only makes you and your spouse feel special, but your guests feel taken care of and special as well. Our guests could not say enough good things about our wedding at Grayhawk, especially how attentive the staff were. It truly was the best day ever!

ng extremely comfortable with our contact, Lauren Watson, my daughter and her fiance decided to have their wedding there. We were told many things before the contract was signed that Lauren ended up reneging on. Once we had the tasting, Lauren started getting very sassy. Here are a few 'highlights' to give you the idea. * Lauren told us that the golfers would be stopped during the ceremony. In reality, we have a golfer yelling "fore" for all to hear and golfers in the background throughout the entire ceremony! * Lauren told us that they had the ability to have two weddings a day but that they would be at different times. In reality, there were three weddings and the music from one of the weddings drowned out our harpist and most importantly, the vows. * The poor florist... one of the venue's staff members directed the florist to the wrong WEDDING. ALL of the floral arrangements were set up only to have to be taken down and re-set up in the proper location. This caused delays with the picture taking, where guests ended up seeing the bride before walking down the aisle. *Oh, picture taking; we were told that we could take pictures anywhere on the golf course and that they would work with the photographer. . Lauren even showed us 'ideal' locations. In reality, the golf pro and his staff ran us off the course and yelled at us multiple times. Therefore, NO sunset pictures and many missed family pictures. *We were told by Lauren that she would be there until the dinner was served. This did not happen. We were also told that she would handle day of items. We reconfirmed this when we signed the contract or I would have hired a day of coordinator. She assured us that it was not necessary. * The one item that they did not fail on, was the food. It was absolutely delicious!! It is understood that there are always hiccups when planning and executing events. Typically, no one notices these hiccups. Unfortunately, in this case, everyone noticed. This very special day has been ruined and cannot be done over. So very sad to have the bride cry as the result of these mishaps. All we wanted was what we were told would happen, nothing more, nothing less.
