Where do I begin... For starters, there was a change in hands with the hall managers that was not communicated to us until I received a message via the knot about asking if I wante...
d to book/tour the place (we already had booked at this point). THEN, we had issues multiple issues with our bill and being overcharged almost $500. Luckily, we were able to catch their mistakes. Now onto wedding day, after MONTHS of communication back and forth and paperwork that has been filled out, you would think they would know how to spell the newlywed's last name....WRONG!! Both the sign out front AND the bar sign were spelled incorrectly and took some time to finally correct the issue. Additionally, they refused to open the bar at 6pm when it was supposed to be open all because the bride and groom were not in the building yet. It also didn't help that the new manager is a wedding coordinator herself so you would think she would be more on top of things like this. Overall, the venue was nice and decor was pretty, but the hall manager and staff were very unprofessional.
Amazing! We had the best time! Jane is helpful and amazing! The hall was beautiful and we had the best reception! Highly recommend

to work around our crazy schedules (3rd shift and still in school). Her responses were quick and informative and we got so many compliments on the bartender we used (Tina). The process was way less stressful because of how simple she made everything for us! We recommend this venue to anybody and everybody!!!
We were able to get in the day before to set up, the hall was great at accommodating our wants and needs for the tables etc. They were great with our caterer and made set up and ta...

The employess at Graystone were great. They contacted me multiple times before my wedding to make sure they had all the details complete, to allow me to have tours of the place to ...
decide how to decorate, and schedule meetings with them to discuss details. They really cared about us having a great day! And when the caterer messed up our floor plan, they fixed it right away and saved the day. The cost listed - $900 - was for one night, with one extra hour. This did not include our bar costs (which was ~2000 for 120 guests and a mid-level open bar). The bartenders were also great - the guests loved them!
