Our boards and boxes are vibrant and bursting with colors: epicurean meats and cheeses, fresh fruits and vegetables, gourmet bread, crackers, and premium chocolate. We offer a variety of hummus, jams, and pickles- all house-made. What sets us apart? Our stellar hospitality, personal delivery service, and concierge-style charcuterie. We couldn't have been happier with Graze Craze for our wedding! From start to finish, their team was a dream to work with. Steve and Carmen were very responsive, attentive, and truly committed to making our special day memorable. The presentation was absolutely stunning, with beautifully arranged boards that wowed our guests the moment they walked in. Each bite was fresh, flavorful, and carefully curated to suit all pallets, from gourmet cheeses and cured meats to seasonal fruits, nuts and unique spreads. The guests raved about the spreads all night, with many saying it was one of the best I've ever tasted. Grace Craze went above and beyond, even accommodating some special dietary requests. They made our vision come to life and added that perfect, elegant touch to our celebration. Thank you Grace Craze for making our wedding truly unforgettable!

We hired Graze Craze Charcuterie Boards & Boxes for our wedding on 8/31/24, and they exceeded all our expectations! From the very beginning, their team was professional, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. Weeks before the Wedding we got to sample a variety of Boards and customize our menu to reflect our tastes. On the big day, the food was absolutely delicious—our guests are still raving about the Gone Grazey Board as well as the Sweet & Grazey Board. These Boards were such a hit with our Friends & Family during our Cocktail hour. We can't thank Graze Craze enough for making our wedding day so special. If you're looking for top-notch catering with a personal touch, look no further!

We hired Graze Craze for our Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding Reception and WOW! They are an absolute game-changer! The charcuterie board was not only visually stunning but also incredibly delicious. Our guests couldn't stop raving about it. Everything was so fresh and tasted amazing!! It was the perfect way to start our reception and keep our guests satisfied throughout the night. Carmen, the talented artist behind Graze Craze, was a dream to work with! She was incredibly accommodating and patient, even with my demanding bride tendencies. She helped us create a custom board that perfectly complemented our wedding theme and exceeded our expectations. You will not be disappointed!! Highly recommend!

I recently ordered several boards from Graze Craze Cooper City for our wedding. I truly can’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, they made the process seamless and stress-free. First, the consultation was fantastic. Carmen really took her time to understand our vision and dietary preferences, offering creative suggestions that fit our theme perfectly. They even provided a detailed list of the cheeses, meats and accompaniments which helped us feel confident in our choices. On the big day, the charcuterie spread was nothing short of breathtaking! It was beautifully arranged and showcase a fantastic variety of artisanal cheese, cured meats, fresh fruits, and delicious dips. Our guests loved it so much and went back for seconds and thirds. The delivery was on time and they set up everything perfectly for the evening. If you’re considering catering for any event, especially a wedding I highly recommend Graze Craze Cooper City. The quality to detail is absolutely amazing! Carmen and Steve took such care of us during our very special day. I knew that I could trust them to make the celebration just right. At first, I wasn’t sure what kind of specialty things could be created, but I was blown away by the presentation of the boards and the quality of the products. Everyone raved about it and kept asking me where it was from. We highly recommend Graze Craze Southwest Ranches in Cooper City!! We am looking forward to using them very soon again.
