I recently hired Graze Craze Medford to provide charcuterie for my sister’s wedding, and I cannot speak highly enough about the entire experience. From start to finish, Corinn and ...
her team were an absolute pleasure to work with and made the entire process seamless during what could have been a very stressful time.
I came across Graze Craze on The Knot while urgently searching for a replacement caterer after our original vendor canceled less than two weeks before the wedding. I submitted an inquiry around 5 a.m., not expecting to hear back right away—but to my surprise, Corinn responded almost immediately. As it turns out, we’re both early risers, and that small connection set the tone for the incredible communication and service that followed.
Corinn quickly eased my concerns, walking me through menu options, pricing, and logistics. She followed up with photos, detailed quotes, and we were able to confirm everything that same day. Later that week, she met me at the venue to review the layout and setup plan, assuring me everything would look beautiful—and she absolutely delivered.
On the day of the wedding, the Graze Craze team arrived on time and set up the most stunning and delicious grazing table. It truly exceeded all expectations and was a highlight of the event. The display was both elegant and abundant—perfect for such a special occasion.
I wholeheartedly recommend Graze Craze Medford to anyone looking for exceptional service, creativity, and professionalism. I am beyond grateful and will absolutely be a returning customer.
