I stressed that the integrity of the rings had to be exact. No changes to the settings could be done. Only repairs. Larry asked if he could polish the rings to look new. I said yes. A week later I picked up the rings. When I saw them I started crying. They are stunning! My mother said they look exactly the same as to when my grandmother wore them. Better yet, they were cleaned and polished and looked just as we bought them years earlier. I would always recommend them for any repairs, or maintenance on any jewelry. Not only was their selection THE BEST (so many beautiful options it took me so long to make a decision!!), but the women here are extremely professional and helpful!! She’s great at explaining things every step of the way, is lightning quick at responding to emails, offers up her advice and vast wealth of knowledge (without being pushy or trying to steer you in a certain direction) and truly cares that the finished product comes out amazing and exactly the way you envisioned. She helped me get a custom-made setting by Gabriel and was happy to assist through the designing and tweaking until we finally got to the perfect setting. I really felt like I was dealing with a friend, not a salesperson, every step of the way and she’s got our business for the wedding bands as soon as we’re ready!!!
