After torrential downpour at my parents house and hours of getting ready, the power goes out, meaning we lose air conditioning on a day with 100% humidity and 85 degree weather. Minutes after we lose power the trolley pulls up out front like our saving grace! We all piled in, escorted by our driver who made sure each of us got to the trolley dry and safely, to be greeted with a impeccably clean bus that was pumping the AC. We ended up getting to the church early (after menuevering an unexpected detour, handled wonderfully), so we sat outside the church for ~15 minutes and had a great convo with our driver about our dogs (I apologize for not remembering his name, I was pretty overwhelmed that day lol). Once the ceremony was over we headed to the reception, about a 30 minute drive while we played our favorite music through the Bluetooth on our phones. The drive to the reception is what calmed my nerves for the rest of the day, being able to be in the moment with our wedding party and truly enjoying ourselves. I would recommend this company 10/10 times!! Please do not listen to the negative reviews.

event, THEY DO NOT CARE. One of the Trolley drivers rammed into my car backing over it on a wedding day & assured me that day they would pay for the damages. They asked for 2 quotes, which I promptly retrieved. They have now ignored me for about 8 months and failed to remedy the situation. I'll now have to seek legal action. This is ridiculous! Extremely unprofessional & careless.

We got 3 hours of shuttling guests to and from the Chalfonte Hotel to the ceremony at the Sunset Pavilion and everyone loved it! The trolley was cute and comfortable and our driver was fantastic! All the girls were running late and the driver actually got off the trolley to help me organize things and put the flower girl buckets together, she was amazing, going above and beyond to help ease the stress on my big day. If you are looking for a nice extra for your wedding, I definitely recommend getting a trolley to take your guests to/from the ceremony and reception location, all my friends and family were so impressed!

le price. Our trolley (T53) was absolutely beautiful and held the entire bridal party, along with other family members no problem. It was an extremely hot day for my wedding but the AC kept us cool with no issues. In addition our driver Mike Fahr was also very nice and extremely accommodating. He even went above and beyond to bail us out of a tough situation at the end of the night when there were issues with the other bus company! I would highly recommend them!!

someone who was knowledgeable and helpful. Second of all, this company did a wonderful job transporting my wedding party, even with a change of plans thrown in at the last minute. Originally, our wedding ceremony was supposed to be outside and then, of course, it rained. I had to call the trolley company an hour before their contracted time and change all of my plans and routes. I was nervous that something was going to go wrong with everything being changed, but it went very smoothly. We had a wonderful driver, who was very friendly and funny! I am so glad I chose them to transport my wedding party. I only wish that all my guests would have gotten a chance to ride in the trolley as originally planned.

I called on Monday to discuss problems and spoke with the owner. His response was to refund the $100 up charge for A/C. I told him a better answer would be an apology, and checking the trolley prior to sending it out for a wedding. His response was that "you should have read the fine print...WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDITION OF THE TROLLEY, yoU GOT PHOTOS WITh THE TROLLEY!" If all I wanted was photos with a trolley I would have rented the $400 less expensive trolley from MAC with no A/C! I thought I was getting the trolley as pictured on their website. Jeanne, the detail person was very nice, and as an employee could only do what her boss said I imagine. She also assured me that said trolley is in the garage for repair now!!!! My wedding is over, so that does me no good. The fault was mine in not reading the fine print, which will alert the customer that they are getting any trolley, in whatever condition. I stopped in the office to collect my refund, and noted there is no attention to detail. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Thanks to The Great American Trolley Company, we were able to comfortably seat 27 people and all our stuff! Our driver was friendly and helpful. Most importantly, our driver was extremely punctual. The front office pleasantly fielded all my class! They were extremely accommodating--even when I called to make a last minute change the night before. All our friends and family raved about this addition to our wedding!

YWHERE! Made for an interesting adventure while drinking champagne. Our driver also didn't know where he was going and made a few wrong turns on the way to the reception. Besides that, we loved the trolley!

nd very fitting since our wedding was down the shore. Frank was our driver and he was GREAT! He was incredibly accommodating, arrived early, went to all the places we asked him to go without a problem. He had fun with us, ringing the trolley bell as we went down the streets. We were able to keep all our stuff (sunglasses, flip flops, bags etc) on the trolley whenever we got out to take pics. We were even able to have a champagne toast after the ceremony : ) The trolley itself was beautiful. We got the bright blue one. It was nice and cool and very clean. Its not cheap but in order to hold a large wedding party this was a great option. I definitely recommend!

NJ. The driver was very friendly and professional. The cost for the trolley was actually cheaper than having two limos and could fit up to 25 people comfortably. It was very easy to work with Great American Trolley Company and we highly recommend them.

wanted. But we did get a smaller very vintage, old fashioned looking, white trolley. I actually ended up loving it. It went along great with our wedding! And the wedding party enjoyed it also! The driver wasn't the most familiar with our area. So we did have to help him out with directions. That was kind of a pain. I thought he would be thoroughly prepared. Other than that we loved it!!

There was no worry of being late because the driver was there when she said she would be there and she was extremely pleasant. After the ceremony we took the entire wedding party, their guests and immediate family for a ride around Cape May. We were able to enjoy drinks and music on the trolley while stopping at various spots around town to take some pictures. It was the perfect ride for a wedding in a Victorian town!
