Great Days Events was without a doubt the best decision we made when planning our wedding. Kiersten was amazing and went above and beyond to make our big day perfect. We got married in the woods and were worried about finding a coordinator who would be able and willing to bring our vision to life. When we first started planning and looking for an event coordinator, all others we talked to had concerns about what we wanted done and if it could even be done the way we envisioned. Kiersten immediately said she could do it, put our minds at ease, and then made our vision a reality. We would not have been half as prepared as we were without her. And on the day, she even made the poorly timed rain storm a magical moment for us and our guests. The day of the wedding everything was taken care of, vendors were all where they needed to be when they needed to be, and she made sure we were completely stress-free. She is also just a delightful person! I cannot recommend her highly enough. If you are on the fence, book her!

Each couple is different with what they need; some want to put it all together themselves and only need a day-of coordinator, whereas others just want to arrive with everything done for them. Different level packages are available to accommodate any couple. Services available include day-of coordination, conceptually designing the venue, decorating the venue, setup/breakdown, cleanup, booking vendors, coordinating with vendors, managing the wedding rehearsal, creating the timeline, and so much more! was frantic and flailing about trying to plan our wedding, unsure of where to start. Our first phone call went so well, it immediately felt like she was a friend who was looking out for you. We went and toured a few venues, caterer tasting and met up many times to go over everything and talk things through. She helped coordinate and was the point of contact for all of our vendors and she truly did amazing with all of it. I can wholeheartedly say she planned and put together such an amazing wedding for us, it was gorgeous and I loved everything about it. She will fight for you to get things done to make your vision come true. I can't say enough great things about Kiersten. She is such a genuine person and is soooo incredibly kind. Thank you so much for being there for us, Kiersten!

ll it included and it was well worth the price! Leading up to the wedding, Kiersten met with us in person at least every other week and was available to answer any questions via phone any other time. She helped DIY some items for our wedding. Access to her decor inventory helped our wedding have so many special touches we would not have been able to afford otherwise. In that vein, Kiersten was conscious of our budget and never over stepped. She introduced us to wonderful vendors and she even attended attire fittings with me and my partner. Our wedding day went so smoothly in large part to Kiersten and her team. One of our favorite aspects is that they set up and broke down everything on the wedding day. It was a relief that we did not have that stress and our family and friends could enjoy the party without having to break down things during the reception. As an LGBT+ couple in the south, we made the right choice in choosing Great Day Events Planning.
