Susan planned our anniversary cruise and it was amazing. We felt like royalty the second we arrived at the pier. Her knowledge of the cruise line guided our decision on a suite cabin, and it was totally worth the price. We're so spoiled now,...

we can't sail in anything less than a balcony. We'll continue to use Susan for all our trips.
