Denise was very laid-back, but knowledgeable and responsive, which was a great combination. She was the only florist I interviewed who was willing to sell me flowers to do my own centerpieces, and she even provided tips and free flower food for them. She understood I couldn't afford to have her do it all, and she worked to stay in my budget. My bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages turned out beautifully. My bouquet wasn't quite what I had pictured - or what we had written on the proposal (I had asked for one flower in a different color), but it was a gorgeous arrangement, and went with my color scheme. Denise never struck me as business-only - she, of course, is running a business - but she never hesitated to give me a sample flower, hand out tips, and answer questions. She even emailed me names and pictures of roses. Overall, very easy to work with, and a solid value.
