We had to give them a brand new outdoor area rug to lay under the tires as you can see in the photo. During this time the owner called me to ask if his men were their and I said yes they are stuck in our yard and all he said was have them call me . No apologies or anything at that time. The following week week called and basically they said what do you want from us. We basically said a apology would be a start. No call back . We had the owners number from the Sunday we called and left a message and he never called us back . He knows who we are because he called us looking for his men. We now are out of a new patio rug and 250.00 in lawn repair. We do not recommend using them

een raining all day, and their truck got stuck. As a result, they created huge trenches of mud and destroyed the grass in their path. Then asked me to help them get it unstuck. Over $250 in damage was done. I contacted their office the following day only to be referred to their contract which states they are not liable for damage. The contract also states they "shall minimize damage to customer's lawn", which they clearly did not. I asked to have a person in authority return my call. Thursday afternoon (4 days later) with no call back, I called the owner directly. I left a message and never received a return call. The owner was also aware of this situation as he called looking for his team while they were stuck. He never took initiative to reach out, which is basic customer service. Terrible customer / business service, and complete disregard in general. Once they have your money, they disappear. Instead of offering a simple apology and asking how they can make it right, they choose to duck and hide.

They were very comfortable and looked amazing! We would recommend Great Lakes Chiavari to anyone looking for chair rentals!
