We rented the Hinkle Gazebo in Eden Park for my daughter’s wedding on Sept 13,2024. The Gazebo is clean and the park marked it reserved. It is a shady spot and perfect for an intimate small wedding. We were able to decorate and set up a small tent for the musicians next to the gazebo. The price was $350 for 3 hrs. We paid for an extra 1.5 hrs ($175)to allow for decorating time since we were doing it ourselves. The final product was phenomenal so if you are will to put in the work you will not regret it. As an added bonus-if Krohn conservatory (right next to gazebo on the opposite corner) is open they will allow you to come in for pictures for a fee if the weather is inclement. We did not have to do this, but we did use their parking lot which they said was fine.

My husband and I were married at the Mill Race Banquet Center and it was absolutely perfect! Mike and his staff are absolutely wonderful and easy to work with. He made sure our day went smoothly and was accommodating to our needs during this time. We were able to have our guests be seated in the hall and on the covered patio/balcony area and everyone had an enjoyable time. The food was delicious and dinner was prompt! Jeff was a wonderful bartender and the serving staff was great! We highly recommend the Mill Race Banquet Center for your ceremony and reception.

I absolutely LOVED this place and working with everyone involved with them. From the very moment I went and met with Mike, everything was wonderful. He answered any and all of the questions that I had and helped with all that he could. The staff did such an amazing and flawless job the night of and I cannot thank them enough. The venue is so beautiful and we were able to do all that we wanted to do. I highly recommend these guys! The food was also VERY good and all of the guests loved it!!

We absolutely LOVED having our reception at The Mill. Mike was easy to work with and quick to respond to our emails. We ended up extending the bar service for an hour, and our guests loved watching the sunset on the balcony before the dinner. The food was delicious, and compared to other venues we looked at the pricing is excellent, especially because you don't tip the service. We had 130 guests, and the fit was comfortable. We did have to move tables for the dance floor, but that wasn't an issue at all. Thank you so much to the staff at The Mill for helping us make our reception amazing!

I cannot say enough good things about the banquet team. Mike and his team were amazing to work with. They worked with us on setup ideas and entertained all of our decorating ideas. We had a Disney themed wedding . Mike and his staff set up the room better than I even imagined in my head with the decorations we provided. The patio was one of the favorite places for our guest. We set up a photo booth downstairs. Throughout the night, Mike made sure that we had everything that we needed. He even made sure that the two children that were attending had enough to eat. The staff helped break down after the wedding and the place was cleaned up and loaded in less than 30 minutes. AMAZING. Thank you Mike & Staff for an amazing night! We couldnt have asked for a better venue or staff :)

I can not say enough good things about Mill Race Banquet Center. Mike (GM) was very easy to work with and had great ideas. Rachel (event manager) was impeccable with her services skills. She was always there when I needed her. Getting her attention was as simple as looking up at her then she was on her way over to me. She made the day much easier/smoother for me and my husband. You know it's a good venue when all the feedback is positive....very nice place, great food, friendly staff and awesome places for pictures. I would definitely recommend to any future brides! :)

The staff and banquet team at The Mill Race are simply stated -- outstanding. They walked through all of our needs, the menu, ceremony requirements, everything. The food and service was unbelievable. ALL of our guest could not stop complimenting us on the location, service and the food! Will definitely use their services in the future.

My wife and I had three months to plan our wedding and found all-inclusive packages at Mill Race Banquet Center. Everything worked out wonderfully; the site location is great for weddings. They have a wide range for food selection and everything we had tasted great! The service during the wedding was perfect. The event coordinator was great to work with as they were able to set up and clean up everything. I totally recommend this location to anyone looking for a place in the Cincinnati area.

The Mill Race Banquet Center overlooks the Winton Woods Golf Course, it is simply beautiful. Country Club setting at an affordable price. The service was wonderful, food was delicious, full open bar. Just a perfect setting for our day! Could not have been happier!
