Through an initial consultation, she will get to know your floral preferences, desired color scheme, and more. rented for half of our table centerpieces (14 tables) because a previous customer hadn't returned them and suggested we ask one of our of other vendors if they had any available. She did no work to find out a solution for us and refused to pay the difference in cost that we incurred due to her mistake. She was rude and inflexible about timing and she let us know after the wedding that she ran our of baby's breath and that's why our whole head table was only greenery.
I'm so thankful that I had Veronica Rose Planning to help me coordinate, because if I didn't have her to help fix every mistake Crystal made, it would have been a big stress on the day of my wedding.
