We had our wedding reception at Great Wolf Lodge in May. From the minute we reached out to them about information to the minute we left the next day it was a great experience. Brit...
tany was our main contact and did everything in her power to make sure our day was perfect. One thing I really loved about the venue was that they didn’t beat around the bush about pricing; they laid it all out for you including taxes and gratuities so you weren’t surprised about anything when it came down to crunch time.
Not only was the venue beautiful and accommodating, but all of the guests kept letting us know how nice and unique the space was. We rented both the outdoor ceremony space and the indoor reception space and they put a bar in the hall for us so that we had the whole back area to ourselves. The bridal suite was nice, they gave us a room for the guys to get ready in, and our food was in the hall with wrapped around the ballroom and kept everything running smoothly and the reception space from being crowded.
There were so many special touches that made the night beautiful: lodge furniture in the main areas and bridal suite, napkins folded exactly how we wanted, flipping the ceremony space into a casual porch area after the ceremony so that guests could relax, accommodating our choice of breakfast food for dinner. One thing about the dinner, it was amazing! The food was all delicious (pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, biscuits and gravy, etc.) and the fresh fruit was exotic and so brightly colored. Definitely not your average fruit spread.
To make everything even more special Brittany left us a personalized note and treats in our suite so after a long day we came back to a sweet gesture that really sealed the deal for that being the best wedding venue EVER!
My wedding could not have been any better and I am beyond grateful to the Great Wolf Lodge and their staff for helping to make all of my dreams come true.
If you are even considering the venue I can tell you that in my opinion it is more than worth it.
My husband and I had the best wedding we ever could have imagined. The event coordinators, Brittany and Jessica, we're amazing and tended to our every need. The food was amazing, t...
he staff was spectacular, and everything went off without a hitch!
Amazing venue, we had a great time and they were really helpful. Especially Chris, he took great care of us!
me & my husband had an amazing time!!! we felt like kids again! we are young, btw.
very accomodating. in the end more expensive than i'd hoped. lighting and AV services were subpar.
I used The Great Wolf Lodge in Mason for my reception and they were so nice to work with! The food was excellent and we had tons of people comment on how good everything was. We u...
sed their full banquet hall and had about 250 people. They always quickly responded to phone calls and email when we were planning everything. They were so helpful during the reception. They got my husband and I anything we needed and even brought us a new vase because my bouquet didn't fit in the one we had. We didn't ask them too, they just noticed that I had laid my bouquet on the table and asked me about it! We didn't get to eat any cake at the reception because we were dancing and talking to people, but my parents asked if they could bring us some and they brought it to our room which was great. My husband and I got a complimentary room for our wedding night and it was a Whirlpool Fireplace Suite. It was amazing and so nice to be able to stay there.
I would definitely recommend the Great Wolf Lodge. They worked with us on the price, menu, and any additional things we needed. We were able to have a food tasting and pick what we wanted to be served and they had so many options for the menu. They also have nice centerpieces that we used for the tables. We just added a couple of our own things. They set everything up for us, we just had to drop off the favors and stuff for the cake table and gift table and they set it all up. It made everything so easy and we were able to have a lot of fun at the reception. I would definitely recommend them!
The staff there is very accommodating and will do anything to work within your budget. They truly care about the enjoyment of the couple and their guests. An example is: During the...
reception I remarked that a frappachino would taste good right now and they went out and bought one for me. The ambiance of the hall is so beautiful and the hotel offered a great place for the families to stay and enjoy the weekend. The food was well priced and delicious.
