The process was very professional, we had several calls so she could ensure our needs were met. Believe me, they were. We had maybe the best wedding of all time thanks to her driving the dance floor. The dance floor was packed all night long. This was due to her sending us a sheet that we filled out with our needs, dislikes etc. She hit every nail on the head. She also mixes live so everything just flowed perfectly, it felt like we were at a club. Her set up was very professional and she had no problem pepping up the crowd and getting on the dance floor with us. 5/5 - If I ever get married again ;) Gia from GPE would be my pick!

Our event included guests from multiple backgrounds/cultures, and Gia made sure that everyone felt included and involved in the music choices. During the planning phase, Gia was quick to respond to any questions we posed, and took the time to go over all of the details of the evening beforehand (and was also very accommodating when a few of those details changed a few days before the event). She is also, of course, a wonderful DJ! We knew in advance that ours would not be the most "dance-y" crowd, but Gia found ways to get folks on the dance floor in a way that made everyone feel comfortable. She included music from all the genres we had requested throughout the evening, including Persian music :) She also helped to manage the pace of our event by making a few announcements here and there so folks knew when to transition from the cocktail hour to dinner to dancing. Thank you for everything you did to make our event so enjoyable!

There was specific music that we wanted played and Rich effectively played everything we requested and more throughout the night. At one point, after salads and before dinner was served, he had to turn the music off briefly just to get us off the dance floor! While there is so much work and planning that goes into a wedding, what really makes the night is the music! I can honestly say that GP Entertainment was the icing on the cake for us. We will never forget how none of us wanted to leave the venue because we were having so much fun. happier with our choice in a DJ. I booked him year early and he mentioned his routine and that he would reach out before the wedding and he did as promised. I was unsure about of lot details about who walks down the aisle first and who does and doesn’t get announced in the reception. He was so amazingly helpful! If it weren’t for him I know my wedding ceremony wouldn’t have been nearly as organizing. He also was very in tune with the type of music we like with only a few minor details about us. DJ Rich really knows how to get a crowd into the music, people who don’t even like to dance couldn’t resist the music is he was playing. We also rented a photobooth from GP Entertainment which was a hit! They have great props and then send you all the pictures after the wedding. It was so great seeing people have fun in the photobooth the whole night!

He was upfront about cost which was fantastic and was willing to work with us as we did not need his services for the full time the price allowed for. Two months before the wedding I reached out to him with a bit more information about what we were hoping for and a question I had. One of the things we specifically asked for was that we wanted guests to be invited to dance with us 90 seconds into our first dance song. He responded back promptly but dismissed all that I had written out saying that he would send me a form to fill out two weeks before the wedding. Two weeks before the wedding he sends us the form and we fill in the specific information he asks for, and a few days later he called us to discuss it. We discuss the details of our wedding and what we are hoping for, again I mentioned we wanted people to dance with us 90 seconds into our first dance together. This was the only thing I was pretty specific about and it was important to me as we loved the song and didn't want to cut it short. We mentioned a few other details and he gave us suggestions about things we weren't sure about which we appreciated. Up until this point we were pretty satisfied. The day of our wedding came and he was very friendly and helpful in getting our wedding party lined up for the intros. After the introduction to the wedding party however we were pretty disappointed with his service. After intros we went into the first dance, and he did not invite anyone to dance with us. He also stopped the music about 2 minutes into the song, even though we discussed this detail and it was mentioned many times. During the reception we had a lot of people dance at first but then about 1/3 of the way through the wedding the dance floor was almost empty and stayed that way the entire time. At one point only my husband and I were dancing. Granted this was a brunch wedding, and perhaps it could have been our guests, but he did not even attempt to get people out on the dance floor by engaging with the crowd. We asked for wedding classics and latin pop music, as well as a few specifics but by the time the specifics were played most of our guests had left. We did allow for requests, but only 2 requests were made which shouldn't have put 90% of the songs we wanted at the end. He also only played 1 slow song other than our first dance at the end of our reception, so people didn't even have a chance to do that. Overall Richard was really friendly, and easy to work with for the most part, but he did not follow through with our plan, and didn't even really try to get our guests to dance. I've been to plenty of brunch weddings where people dance, and I am pretty sure he was even a DJ at one. So maybe it was just an off day, but to be honest this is still something I think about and get sad about now and again. We just got our photos back of empty dance floors. :(

and approach to getting the party started. It is rare to find someone who both DJs and MCs your event, but Rich does both amazingly well, with ease! The dance floor was packed all night and he picked up on all our recommendations but also played music that mirrored our guests's interests. We had multiple people share that he was the best wedding DJ they had ever seen, a couple of our family/friends even grabbed his card for future events! We had 90 year olds to 13 year olds on the dance floor- that is not an easy task to accomplish! Additionally, the photo booth was a huge hit and they kindly stayed open for my husband and I to take a photo right at the end of the night- we appreciated that more than they know! From his fantastic customer service, attention to detail and his ability to put on an amazing party- we could not be more thankful for DJ Rich and his photo booth team! If you are getting married in the Philadelphia/NJ area you MUST hire DJ Rich and his team for your wedding!! If you don't, you are missing out on the best party of your life!!!

s and 3. Trust. DJ Gia and GP productions hit all 3 of these for us and more! Gia was well organized while leading up to our wedding day which was so appreciated when having to juggle a million other aspects of a wedding. On the day of, she was engaging with the crowd to help pump up the party while reading the audience to change songs as needed. There wasn’t a dull moment and we still get compliments on how awesome the reception was. I hope this review helps any bride in need of a fantastic and fun DJ but also want to give DJ Gia the shout out she deserves. Great job!

Our venue had some limitations on the volume level, but Richard went with our wishes and raised the volume and energy level, ensuring a fantastic night.

o time for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. He had an awesome monogram set up for us that incorporated our name and our New Year’s Eve themed wedding that ran all night. He had the lighting perfect for every minute of the night from ceremony to reception. He set the tone for not only the music but also for the entire wedding. DJ Rich had his work cut out for the wide variety of music taste for us and our guests & he literally had the dance floor full and nonstop all night, which is everything we hoped for with our wedding. As if all of that wasn’t enough, he broke out a fog gun at midnight on New Year’s Eve and allowed my husband and I to ring in the New Year with this awesome touch that really just put the entire night on a level we couldn’t even imagine! The next day we got to see the entire night captured from his point of view camera on Facebook and this allowed us to relive our night over and over again. This company is nothing but professional and on top of every moment for your special day. Highly recommend!

Things at the reception started off a bit slow, but DJ Rich worked hard to read the crowd and got the dance floor going. By the end of the evening, our guests were exhausted form all of the dancing. He was easy to work with, affable, accommodating – even when some of our guests made last-minute changes to the plans – and played the BEST music for us. We gave him a list of songs we liked and asked him to work within those genres. He had such a great mix of music that the dance floor was rocking the whole night. Richard also periodically checked in with us throughout the night, asking if we wanted any adjustments or changes. He was just a dream to have on our wedding day. His photo booth was a total hit. It looks even better in person than it does in the pictures and his props were hysterical. There was something for all age groups and personality types. With so many other anxieties and responsibilities on such an important day, Richard was a total blessing for us. I recommend him without reservation! You'd be a fool NOT to hire him.

g. I was sold right away and ended up booking with him the following day because I was so sure he would do an amazing job, end he did! We did not realize how big of a help that he would be the day of and we are so grateful we chose him! He made everything go so smoothly and it was such a relief to me! We HIGHLY recommend booking the photobooth through them as well, it was a huge hit! He made sure everyone kept dancing and had a good time and made the reception go just as I imagined it. Working with him is effortless. He'll play the music that YOU want (and believe me, we had some... different music we wanted him to play), and keep the party going. He's also an excellent MC and was out on the dance floor interacting with the crowd. He traveled from South Jersey to Brooklyn for us, was there early, and set up the ceremony (we had a couple performing a song), the cocktail hour, and the reception. Rich is awesome!!
