The day of the wedding, the staff went above and beyond for us. During a terrible rain storm, they assisted the wedding party with umbrellas, they placed fresh florals beautifully on the cake, even our wedding guests remarked how much they loved the catering staff! Don’t hesitate, give Green Apple a shot, they are way worth it. I’m so glad we went with them.

working with Green Apple, Kate put together a rough detailed menu within our budget and we were easily able to schedule a food tasting which was fun and done in a timely manner! Leading up to the wedding, Kate was super diligent about dietary restrictions and considering what people could eat which we super appreciated and she was quick to adjust the menu accordingly. She also worked with the rental companies to provide the correct colors we needed for linens (which gave us peace of mind since we didn't want to buy tons of linens for decor!) The day of the wedding was seamless! We even had a friend who was recovering from surgery and could only have broth and bread and Kate kindly accommodated. Thanks to this, our friend stay the whole night! It meant the world to us! The Green Apple Catering staff was extremely friendly and served our drinks at the bar without any issues. Everything was kept super clean and people were raving about the food after the wedding. We're eternally grateful for their exemplary service!

They served up my signature cocktails so beautifully, the charcuterie table was a dream (everyone keeps asking me about the baked brie Kris, I was so busy I didn't get to taste it though!), the crew cleaned everything up so fast at the end of the night it was insane. Kris even made sure I took the time to catch my breath and pep talked me when she knew I was dealing with a naughty family situation that threatened to ruin the day. I could not have picked a better caterer for our special day.

The banquet team set up a beautiful display for the food and the staff was well-organized, friendly, and helpful for all requests. d the bar service in particular was great! The main meal for our reception, however, was what my husband I describe as the only disappointment of our wedding day -- the only thing we would have done differently if we were to do it over. Part of our menu included sliders and fries. Unfortunately, the fries were so stale that they were inedible. We actually found the staff and asked them to stop serving them to our guests because of how stale they were. Many of our closer family at the wedding commented on the fries, and we found ourselves apologizing for the poor meal. The staff at the venue was very apologetic and said they would make it up to us on our bill. In the end, they took $1.25 off per person on the tab.

Kris and her team are wonderful to work with and are very attentive to every need when it comes to creating the perfect menu--they even took special requests for guests that had specific dietary restrictions and made my groom and I a mini cake to cut for the dessert table, which apparently they don't normally make wedding cakes, but could have fooled me. It was the best cake we had ever had! I have worked with just about every caterer in the Greater Seattle Area, and Green Apple is on the top of my list of favorites. I recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer for all types of events, big and small.
