oughout the entire process and on the day of our wedding! All of our guests raved about the food and how lovely our wedding day was. It was affordable, spacious, beautiful, and cohesive space for us! We highly recommend booking your wedding here!

ith an open canvas to decorate. We also loved how there was a separate indoor/outdoor patio available for cocktail hour. Kaylee, the event coordinator, was great! She was always very friendly and efficient. She made sure to listen to our wants and even provided me with her personal number for last minute questions. There wasn't a ton of communication during the planning process until about 2 weeks before, but everything went very smoothly, and she always replied to emails timely. We also held our rehearsal dinner there the night before to set up for the reception, and the staff was frequently checking in and very helpful. Kaylee even called to make sure it was ok if they helped set up the tables, linens, etc. ahead of time for us. We had a lot of compliments on the food. We did family style, and I know a few tables had multiple servings of food, and it was no problem. Via email a few days prior to the wedding, I had confirmed with Kaylee that the bridal party was to drink free on wedding night. I also confirmed this with the bartenders during rehearsal dinner (they were the same bartenders for wedding night) and the event lead that same night. At cocktail hour before my husband and I arrived; they made our bridal party pay for their drinks until my husband and I were there to confirm. I appreciated that they wanted to check with us, but I had confirmed prior that this was ok so that was frustrating. I also heard from quite a few people that the bartenders were unfriendly. Also, on rehearsal dinner night. We noticed that all the tables by the windows were filled with dust and dead bugs. The staff cleaned it up right away when we asked but just make sure to check this. Overall, we would greatly recommend the GBD! Kaylee, the food, and the price were great. We are so happy with our decision to book here.

nd it was INCREDIBLE. So many compliments. We also had a welcome party the same night and our bartender was Kris and she was amazing as well. She was quick, personable and a hard worker. She was slingin’ drinks with a smile and made our party run so smoothly. Get the chicken parm!! You won’t regret it. And work with GBD, Kaylee and Kris. They are THE BEST!!

nfidence in our day. The staff helped with set up ideas and suggestions, they let us walk through the venue as many times as we wanted and worked with our vendors great. On top of that the food was phenomenal. The staff was so attentive and quick! I would recommend the distillery over and over again. It was everything we wanted for our day.
