John and tiphani were so fantastic to work with. They helped us design an amazing menu and worked with us to really make it all happen. From the tasting to the final plates, everything was incredible, and no detail was missed. We had 150 guests and a buffet. Would highly recommend them.

Green Fork catered our small, intimate wedding and were amazing to work with. From the tasting, we could tell right away that Chef John and Chef Tiphani cook with real passion. My grandma always said food has to be made with love to taste good—and theirs definitely is. They have tons of options, and every plate was beautifully presented and full of flavor. They were super accommodating with dietary needs, and the dinner service was smooth from start to finish. Their team was friendly, attentive, and made everything feel easy.

I attended the KCTC for Culinary in high school and after that I attended the Secchia Institution of Culinary Education. I have worked under classically trained chefs. I have over 20 years of food service experience, working in various kinds of experience working in restaurants, catering, hospitals, and B&I food service. I have taught cooking classes for over 4 years. In 2020 I officially started Green Fork Food, what we are is a personal chef & wedding cater.

e entire planning process - we appreciated their great communication, flexibility, and attention to detail so much. We were planning our Michigan wedding from our home in Texas, and even when wedding planning got stressful, we never worried about the Green Fork Food team. They are professional and, most importantly, make beautiful and delicious food. All of our guests have been raving about how good the food was. With so many of our guests traveling far to celebrate with us, it was really important that we show them a good time, and Green Fork Food helped us with that goal tremendously. We had passed appetizers during the cocktail hour, a salad course, 3 plated entree choices, dessert, and a spread of late night snacks, and the team absolutely nailed all of it. Gorgeous plating, amazing menu options to choose from, and just all-around one of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning process. Thank you Green Fork Food team!!
