Corton and Brady, with Green Hollow Catering in Orem, Utah were fabulous to work with for a large catered after-ceremony wedding dinner. When I first reached out to Corton I was impressed at how easy going and confident he was, how responsive to picking up phone calls and texting back immediately when I was trying to find a caterer for my daughter's wedding. When he invited me and the grooms' mom to a menu tasting earlier in the summer before the Sept wedding, we were both so impressed! The food was delicious and we knew right away it was the right choice for our kids' big celebration. The entire time in planning for the big wedding dinner, Corton was calm and gave me assurance that he had it handled. Not once did I feel strained or worried about what Corton and his team would be able to do. His brother, Brady and team did a phenomenal job with preparing the hot buffet meal and it was delicious. We had many guests comment and thank us for the delicious food. It was served in four lines seamlessly, and there was plenty of it! I highly recommend Green Hollow Catering for your big event. They were exceptional. The best part of the whole day was I didn't have to give a second thought to knowing the dinner would be flawless. It was! Such a great group of people. We recently used Greenhollow Catering for our wedding and they were fantastic to work with. I must have emailed Corton 100 times with dozens of questions regarding all sorts of details. He was always quick to respond, patient with my questions, and gave detailed answers. The food at our wedding was incredible! All of our guests gave great compliments on the food, and we really enjoyed the leftovers after the wedding.

Corton grew up learning the ins and outs of the catering business and after graduating college with a degree in business he decided he wanted to become more involved in the family business.
