Founder and Owner
5th generation Washingtonian, Seattle born and raised, Master's degree from the UW, father of 2 soccer players, started Green Latrine in Seattle in 2015 and was our company's only employee for the first few years. In a day and age when big corporations control so much, it's a really rewarding experience to routinely do what we say and deliver great service. Will has been an NCAA Division 1 soccer referee since 1997 and continues to travel all over the West Coast, refereeing NCAA Division 1 college soccer.
Shirley Damian
Director of Sales & Marketing
Shirley holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration and has years of experience in customer service and sales. Green Latrine's Client Service Manager she excels at building strong customer relationships and boosting sales with her strategic thinking and dedication. She has a knack for understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions. Shirley serves as the Client Services Manager with a keen focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Shirley ensures top-tier service for all clients. Shirley enjoys coffee, camping, and playing with her pup Pepper Jack.
Scott Turner
General Manager
Scott holds a Bachelor's in Business Management and Operations and has been in the service industry for 10+ years. He has spent time in almost every role at Green Latrine and has helped guide its growth with his strategic thinking and decision making. Scott serves as the General Manager with a focus on supporting continued company growth through operational excellence and commitment to team development! Scott's goal is to provide 5 star service to all Green Latrine clients. Scott enjoys traveling, hiking, and hanging with his dog Barry.

Shawn has two associate’s degrees (one in Social Sciences) and has years of experience in customer service and sales. As Green Latrine's Client Service Representative, he excels at building strong customer relationships and boosting sales with his critical thinking, common sense, and appreciation for quality over quantity. He understands customer needs and delivers superb service. Shawn focuses on customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Shawn ensures that customers are getting the best value out of their experience. Shawn was the bass guitar player in the Las Vegas Irish Band, Darby O’Gill and the Little People. He played nightly on the Las Vegas Strip.

Client Services Representative
Emily Fung is a Client Service Representative and Marketing Assistant currently pursuing her Business Administration degree at Bellevue College. She is passionate about building strong relationships with clients and is dedicated to understanding and meeting their needs every step of the way. Emily brings genuine care and enthusiasm to her work, always looking for ways to better support the people she serves. Outside the office, Emily enjoys spending quality time with her family, hitting the trails for a hike, and playing with her dogs.

Nadia is a people-focused operations and client services professional with more than 15 years of experience supporting teams and leading operations across finance, legal titling, corporate events, and office management. Known for her strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail, she is passionate about creating a seamless client experience while helping teams stay organized and efficient. As a Washington State licensed Title Clerk and Loan Signing Agent, Nadia brings accuracy, professionalism, and a customer-first approach to every interaction. A first-generation Cambodian American, Nadia is proud of her heritage and prioritizes building meaningful connections within the community. Outside of work, she's a dedicated mother who enjoys live music, spending time with her cat, Kleo, discovering new restaurants, and exploring everything the Pacific Northwest offers.
