Very Dissatisfied. Nice consultation BUT the day of the event she arrived with jeans and tennis shoes on, an hour late after demanding that she have at least two hrs to set up the ...
bar; was not ready to serve guests when they arrived; didn’t card underage guests who she knew was on the attendee list; brought her 11 year old daughter unannounced; and became defensive in a post event call stating that “she always assists because it’s a family business”; brought a 120 qt cooler that she refused to remove from the bar area (see pic with daughter sitting on it). A luxurious rented space with a not so friendly, unprepared and unprofessional bartender. I would not recommend this business for formal events or special occasions.
Gabrielle and her team were fantastic! I cannot express how amazing they were to us; our guests had nothing but amazing things to say about them and their services. They were super...

ed. Green Olives is extremely professional and the drinks are phenomenal. All of my guests loved the drink options and are continuing to give positive feedback a year later. I recommend Greene Olives for any bartending needs.
We really appreciated the service. All the extra information was really helpful when estimating the amount of alcohol to buy. The bartenders were also super friendly to all of the ...

Thank you you a million times over. Out of all my vendors I loved Gabrielle the most! She was not only professional from start to end but also made recommendations I never would ha...
ve thought of. We had 375 guests and there was never a line at the bar!!! I would 1000% recommend getting the concierge package, Gabrielle provided everything we needed and not having to worry about ordering and transporting alcohol was the best part. You will not regret having Greene Olives host your wedding or any event! We can’t wait to call her back for our next event.

. This crew was not just a team; they were a well-oiled machine that made our celebration unforgettable.
Now, let's talk about the drinks – they were out of this world. Gabrielle and her team went the extra mile, ensuring we were well-prepared for the big day. They sent us a detailed shopping list, a fabulous cocktail menu for our guests, and even thoughtful recommendations for non-alcoholic options (a lifesaver for those with young children in tow). They came fully equipped with mixers, cups, garnishes, and even their own music to set the perfect vibe in their corner of the wedding.
Gabrielle and her team brought more than just a bar service; they brought an entire experience. If we ever find ourselves in need of bartenders again, there's no doubt in our minds – Gabrielle's team will be our first and only call. They made our wedding day shine, and we're grateful for the unforgettable memories they helped create.
Gabi was a dream to work with! Extremely professional, talented in her craft, friendly and prompt, it was incredibly easy to pick a plan, dream up the menu and have it come to life...
! We got tons of compliments on the drinks at our wedding, and we SO appreciated her flexibility and making a delicious menu with lots of options for our guests (3 specialty cocktails AND a mocktail in addition to all our beer, wine and non-alcoholic options). I was also shocked and thrilled at her desire to really make these drink recipes unique and special. We would 100% work with Greene Olives again :)
Company communicates well to create your ideal beverage menu. However, day of wedding guests waited in line for 20-30 mins per drink. This caused guests to miss important parts of ...
the wedding(1st dance, speeches, etc). Guests also said drinks were very warm. The bar also ran out of supplies which forced one of the bartenders to keep leaving to go get more supplies. Lastly, the 2nd bartender had to keep asking how to make the drinks. We provided 2 signature cocktails. She should've know how to make them before my wedding day. All of my guests told me how perfect the wedding was minus the bar since they waited in line most of the night. Guests told me they only got one drink because they didn't want to go stand in line for another half an hour. I had to take beer from the bar and put it in the venues private fridge just so guests could get a cold drink. Would definitely not recommend for wedding. My husband and I were very dissatisfied.
