She even showed up to our rehearsal to scope out the space! She listened to my requests to keep our wedding as low waste as possible, and gave me different options to reduce any plastic waste.
The food was awesome! We didn't do any tasting, and it wasn't a problem. The linens and decor they brought was appropriate and matched our venue. Price-wise they were very competitive and offered a military discount! Would definitely recommend!

erous. They did a great job setting up all the tables,chairs, buffet table and drink stations. Every thing is done really professionally, they cleaned up after the wedding really well also. Jean is a excellent coordinator,very attentive,knowledgeable, answered all of our questions,and super accommodating on all our requests. She works late at night and usually reply within few hours,has great cheerful personality.Although sometimes she might seem forgetful on certain things that you already went thru with her,but just work with her, she is attentive to details.Chef Eric is super proud of every one of his dish, and he cooks superb food, the plating and display of food is just amazing.

e needed to finalize things. The food from Chef Eric was great, particularly the sushi. Watch out for bugs if it is an outdoor wedding. They also set up a great water, iced tea, hot tea, and coffee station that was complimentary. Mina was willing to work with our budget and gave us some other great vendor referrals.

rom Greenfish was extremely reasonable compared to many other places we looked at, and, it's SUSHI (and more, we had plenty of other yummy options)!! From our first tasting we were completely sold on working with them. Mina is very sweet and she helped us work within our budget and still have our dream food at our wedding! Chef Eric is a doll and rolls some GREAT sushi. On top of that, Mina helped us coordinate all our rentals through a vendor that she works with, which made everything so much easier. It's been a month since the wedding and I still am hearing people talk about the food!
