Leading up to the day, I kept expecting to feel stressed, but I never did. The entire process felt calm and easy, which made such a difference and allowed us to fully enjoy the experience. t less than a year out, and she was a consistent resource for us the whole time, from vendor recommendations to periodic check-ins. We were rather type-a with our planning, and really liked her google sheet planner and google slides binder as our go-to resources for building out our plans. She played a huge role in mapping out our timeline, and was really helpful with our floor plans as well, since we chose a raw space venue (we built them out in Prismm, a 3D rendering tool, which was sooo cool!). And she set up all our personal items at the venue exactly how we envisioned. She brought a mix of flexibility and stern-ness to her demeanor on the actual day, which is needed for someone with her responsibilities!  When it came to florals, she did an amazing job bringing our moodboards to life, setting our expectations, and keeping us updated with what she was able to source in the days leading up to our wedding. And then on the day itself, we were simply BLOWN AWAY with all the bud vases, arrangements, and bouquets she built. They were absolutely gorgeous. I still look at photos of the arrangements every few days and they bring me so much joy.

e only advertising as a 3 month planner, Angel helped us from the day we booked with her (a little under a year and a half before our wedding). She recommended amazing vendors, let us run ideas and questions by her at any time, and helped us craft the most beautiful day. We intentionally decided that florals would be lower on our list of priorities and expenses. Angel also does florals through Greenhouse Events, and she showed us beautiful photos and had the most reasonable prices of any florist we had met. I had a few requests for florals: namely, I wanted a few peonies for my bouquet in November, and gave a few other types of flowers I'd love to see. Peonies are not in season in November in North America, so I knew it might be difficult. Flash forward to our wedding: Angel had everything so detailed and organized, and everything moved so seamlessly. She absolutely blew us away with her decor and florals. It probably looked like a wedding that would have spent triple what we actually did on florals based on the STUNNING flowers. When I asked for a few peonies, she delivered literal buckets of peonies. Everyone was talking to us about how stunning the decor was, and we couldn't agree more. Angel really picked up on what we did and didn't like, helped us identify the most important parts of the day, and made sure we felt special and taken care of with little things we wouldn't think of already planned for in advance. She also kept everything running smoothly but in a relaxed way that was not pushy or frustrating for guests, and kept us on schedule while allowing for extra time for things as they came up. We could not recommend Angel any more highly. She is truly a lifesaver and made our day unbelievably special and perfect.

The flowers + tablescape results were beautiful and right out of our dreams; we are still hearing from family and friends about how stunning the floral arrangements were for both the ceremony and reception. Angel also did a tremendous job helping us with planning along the way - especially when we had difficulties with our original caterer, she helped advise us and secured us a new caterer just six month before our event. Day-of Angel was great at stepping in and mediating situations effectively, she really kept everyone aligned on our vision. Overall, Angel’s problem-solving skills and passion for creating our perfect day were a big asset - Greenhouse Events is a great choice, especially if you want someone who can help keep things steady when bumps arise along the way during your planning.

are the most about treating my wedding day with care and going above and beyond (when/if needed) to make my wedding go as smoothly as possible. I can now say this is exactly what she delivered. My venue, which also provided food/bev/lodging, was very difficult to work with leading up to the wedding and they dropped the ball on many details the day of the wedding (nightmare fuel). And on top of that we had rain to contend with for our semi-outdoor wedding. Angel handled all of this effectively and did everything within her power to keep my wedding day as closely aligned with my original plan/vision as she could. And for anyone out there who's family may be saying a day-of-coordinator isn't needed, I encourage you to listen to your gut. My primary reason for seeking a DOC was so that on the wedding day someone else could handle everything and I could be in the moment. My family thought that family friends could pitch in and cover these needs, but I held my ground and hired a professional (Angel) anyway. The day after my wedding my entire family said "You were right, this called for a professional and we're so glad you hired her. Angel was amazing." We never could have predicted the extent to which details went awry (before Angel course-corrected) or the industry knowledge that would help on the day of, and it's just not something a family friend could have handled as well. So, stick with your gut, hire Angel, and feel confident you are as best-prepared as you can be for your wedding.

Greenhouse Events is a rare find and exactly the blend of services we were looking for - DOC, vision planning, flower design, and materials sourcing, so we could do a lot of tasks ourselves but have one single source of trust and direction. We’re a very capable and independent couple, so we wanted to be hands-on with the process, but needed a leader to be both an extension of us and make sure we were headed in the right direction. Most importantly, we wanted the wedding planning process to be FUN and bring us closer together as a couple. It was important to us that we find a planner who was a total expert at the ins and outs of guest experience, run of show, bringing our vision to life, and hold everyone (us included) accountable in the months leading up. When we first started planning, we decided on 3 words we wanted to encapsulate our wedding - intimate, joyful, relaxed - and that’s exactly how I would describe our day, and the entire process of planning with Angel. She turned our vendors and venue staff from being ‘people we hired’ to one united team. I was hugging her staff just as much as I hugged my family and friends! A few highlights of her team during the wedding: - Our bakery delivered the cake to the wrong place, and while the team figured out how to get it on site, they hedged their bets, ran to a grocery store, turned a basic circular sheet cake into a MASTERPIECE that was literally 100x cuter than our original cake! (see pic) Hilarious because through the planning process, I’d told Angel that all I really wanted was a grocery store cake but my guests would want something bougier. In the end, we all won, and we were surprised with the cake of our dreams. The girls didn’t even tell me about the whole ordeal, they just handled it fully and never exposed us to the stress. - Somehow her team also found time to take 350 mobile photos and videos of BTS, speeches, candid moments, and 50 amazing polaroid candids! Another delightful surprise. - I’m convinced they fixed the weather?! It was the 6th Saturday in a row to be absolutely disgusting outside. Angel was watching the doppler like a hawk, and at 1:30pm texted me, “It’s going to clear up at 2pm, we’re doing it outside!” And she was right. It ended up being a gorgeous fall afternoon and evening, my guests were thrilled to be maximizing the magical garden space exactly as she’d designed it for the ceremony and dinner. - We weren’t super budget conscious but she still was - she looked out for every way we could be efficient. She also monitored our contract closely and reallocated hours we didn’t use toward other ways she could help or give us credits back. Just a good example of her partnership style, you can really trust her. I don’t think we could have found a better match. I love the way I feel when I look back on our day.
