send us a bill and we paid very promptly. After that we heard nothing from her for over a month. We reached out to just get a guesstimate on how long it might take and she said that on her end it shows as being “in processing”. Another month goes by and radio silence and so we reach out again. This time she said it is still in processing and shouldn’t be long and upon asking for a roundabout estimate of completion and delivery she said I’ll talk to my vendor and get back to you. Again…. Nothing. It’s been close to 3 months now and she hasn’t given us the album or our money back and all we’ve asked for was give us a timeline. I would say that she is good with organizing and appearing timely and promptly at your event. Also great at sending pictures promptly and in an organized fashion. However, not about keeping you in the loop about your expensive wedding album. I am not even sure if we will get our album and it’s just sad because our good experience of working with her has turned into an absolute nightmare. Ps we cancelled out “reception” due to Covid this year and overseas family being unable to join after having the ceremony in 2020 that she covered in a small intimate setting. We didn’t ask for a refund for the reception hours because we understand that it’s not her fault and a pandemic was the last thing anyone predicted when we paid her in Jan 2020. She agreed to do an non-weekend, 1 hour graduation photo shoot for me and I did appreciate that a lot. Still very sad and disappointed about the album and the lack of professionalism and communication about expectations around it.

I found Rachel via her blog that matched the trail we would be taking and just from her profile and her personality, I knew she'd be the perfect photographer for us. She was extremely helpful with setting me up with a package that worked for me and my budget. She was very easy to communicate with and her professionalism was top notch. She was truly a ninja with helping me surprise my now fiancé' with our surprise proposal. We discussed locations, photos afterwards, the entire package. That evening we were already given photos and my fiancé was ecstatic about the style of our photos. I couldn't be happier with the results and the professionalism she provided! 10/10 would recommend and work with again!

nd the whole experience was phenomenal. From the professionalism, easy-going personality, willingness to hike (!), and stunning photos we cant thank them enough. Alina let us do our thing but also gave us easy guidance on little tweaks to get the best shots. We got some sneak peeks after 2 days and cant wait to see them all! Would hire again 10/10.

only is she super easygoing and fun to hang out with, her photos are GORGEOUS. One of my friends is getting married next year and told me she regrets hiring a different photographer after seeing our photos from Rachel! Rachel is a great communicator, she's very flexible, and super supportive. My family pulled out of paying for our wedding mid-way through planning, and Rachel was so sweet and helpful and offered to work out a payment plan with us. It was so great to have her support in that stressful time, one less thing to worry about! She also came up with our entire wedding day timeline which was a huge help. I cannot recommend Rachel highly enough. Do yourself a favor and HIRE HER! You won't regret it.

chat with her and even get to know her. When our venue had to change last-minute due to unforeseen circumstances, she adapted without a hitch and even was proactive in scoping out the new venue. We loved the engagement photos, which gave us a hint of the coolness to come later at our wedding. At our wedding, she even helped me get in my dress when no one was available! Of course, she took amazing photos by easily moving around and finding the best captures. Everyone liked her. We are so grateful to have had such a wonderful, sweet, adept photographer! Rachel gave us the guidance throughout our big day to capture all the great shots that we wanted, she never got in the way and really felt like just another great friend at our wedding. I couldn't be more thrilled to have had her as a part of our wedding and the pictures she captured are absolutely stunning! We will cherish her and our photos so much!

o perfect. She goes above and beyond to see where the photos are going to look the best. But secondly, she made us all feel so comfortable in front of the camera!! She is so chill and calming but also funny and encouraging. It all just felt natural, and not pressured. I was shocked at the pictures that we've seen because she was so unobtrusive, and we didn't even know she was there to sneak the photos! Rachel was super organized, and set up a full list and order of photos to be taken. She even helped coordinate with the DJ for timing (thank you!!) Couldn't ask for a better photographer. Highly recommend.

a hiking trail and a lake so we were surrounded by beautiful scenery and just got to walk around and enjoy eachother’s company. Rachel was so fun to work with, and the pictures are so beautiful I could cry! I’d absolutely recommend her!

f our adventure in Capitol Hill and at Franklin Falls. Her experience with PNW trails allowed us to get to our photo shoot location despite significant amounts of snow. If your looking for a photojournalist that will catch 'real you' during your session, she is a great professional to do that.

r awkward selves. Neither of us is great in front of the camera but she made it SO much fun with hilarious prompts and we barely noticed there was a camera involved. She got some AMAZING shots that were both just fantastic photography but that also really felt like "us." We almost didn't do an engagement shoot at all and I'm so happy we decided to book our shoot with her. If we weren't eloping out of state, we'd 100% ask her to shoot our wedding.

y to get fun, natural reactions from my fiance and me, and the photos that came out of it were AMAZING! Even before the shoot, she was very communicative and even provided a styling guide to help us choose our outfits. I even messaged her back and forth with a few options when I was shopping! Shooting with Rachel was more like hanging out with a friend. There were a few other couple photography shoots happening around us, but we were definitely having the most fun :) We got some unique poses as well. I definitely recommend Rachel!
