Had our wedding here and everything was beyond our expectations! Chanel and her vendor recommendations created the wedding of our dreams! Professional and affordable.

This is a beautiful venue with so much included in the price you pay. I was blown away by how amazing this place was. My fiancé (now husband) and I stopped here first on our tour of venues and in the end could not get this place out of our heads. We are so very glad we chose this place. From working with us on our nontraditional wedding to organizing us the day of, this place was worth everything and more. The owner Chanel and her Husband Jim do everything in their power to make sure your vision goes off without a hitch. And while it’s a bit extra to ask for I recommend paying for and using Chanel as your day-of coordinator. She absolutely knows what she is doing and understands the area and is a wealth of knowledge and assistance. They also had on property rooms to sleep up to 14 people on property which was a godsend for me as most of my family came from out of town. Chanel also communicates in a very timely fashion and treats every Bride and Groom like family.

Chanel and Jim are truly a God send. Our wedding would not have gone as perfectly as it did without them. Chanel made everything ran so smoothly and was in place. She's shows honest passion for what she does and she was such a foundation for us in our times of need. Jim was running out and about in the rain making sure everything was just perfect and the venue was beautifully kept. Jim also saved us when our officiant couldn't make it and gave us a beautiful ceremony. Greenock is an incredibly beautiful venue and reception area. We couldn't have picked a better team to work with on our day and we cannot thank them enough for helping us celebrate our day.

I wish I could give more stars!! This was the wedding I have dreamed of since I was a little girl. My husband and I are so grateful to Chanel and all she and her husband did to make our day so magical. She was so flexible and kindhearted. The vibe of the entire venue met all of our needs. We would HIGHLY recommend anyone to get married here and wish we could do it all again!! ❤️

Beautiful venue and overall we're so glad we chose Greenock Manor as our venue. We had the venue from Friday to Sunday and it was beautiful and well maintained. Chanel is a gem and does her best to do it all. She's a little sassy, super caring, silly and so thoughtful. You will not be disappointed with using this venue. Our wedding went pretty smoothly without too many hiccups(minus my sister getting covid and missing the wedding). Chanel is a rockstar at what she does. :) Her pup Angel even saved the day by filling in as ringbearer since my nephew couldn't be there.

Our daughter and new son in law where married the weekend of the last hurricane, Chanel, owner/wedding day coordinator was in contact with us the week before with solid Plan B and had already reached out to all the vendors to arrange for them to come earlier so if we found a window with little rain we could still have the outdoor wedding my daughter had dreamed and planned for. She arranged for a tent at the last minute for guests, even tho they tents were in high demand. Her husband even wrangled the tent at 4:30 AM in the middle of a strorm, had it back up and washed and we never knew about it until Sunday. We stayed at Greenock from Friday thru Sunday morning, What a treat. Greenock is a beautiful bed and breakfast with wonderful little secrets in every corner. Chanel and Jim did an outstanding job making sure every little detail was addressed, I hear she's done over 700 weddings and that experience shows! Highly recommend you visit and fall in love with the Chanel and Greenock Manor like we did.

Chanel was the absolute best!!!!!!!!!! We got married 10-01-22 in the midst of hurricane Ian. Chanel helped me remain calm and have an absolute stunning plan B. She helped me make sure everyone was there on the ready and on time for my wedding. She is such a wonderful person and friend. I can not speak highly enough of her and her husband. It was amazing to feel like a person and not a paycheck like most other wedding vendors might see you as. She has such a beautiful personal touch in this venue as well. It is very unique. Do not hesitate to book!

Chanel was the most amazing host we could ever ask for! She was incredibly attentive to our needs and made sure to get back to us quickly every single time we had any questions, from something small to helping us resolve conflicts on our special day. Not only was she incredible herself, but was able to put us in contact with the perfect vendors that knew her property perfectly and ensured our wedding went off perfectly. Our friends and family were blown away by the venue, and I never dreamed we would find a host as wonderful as Chanel (Angel and Jim included). With an unlimited budget I'm still not sure we could have anything better for us than Greenock Manor. Thank you again for everything Chanel, you made our day and overall planning experience amazing!!!

Where can I start... I originally planned my wedding to be in 2020 had to reschedule to 2021, even with all that Chanel was an absolute dream to work with. Not only does she have wonderful recommendations for local vendors but on the day of she transformed the house to be exactly what I was hoping for. The attention to detail was much appreciated and it was so helpful to work with someone that cares so much about their clients.

Chanel is the absolute best! She’s helped my husband and I through every last detail and every question we had with no issues or hesitation. She was our first and only venue owner we met with and we knew instantly that if we booked our wedding with her, that she would make sure everything was taken care of personally. And she did! Chanel we love you and thank you for making our big day so special!!

We had our wedding at Greenock Manor this last weekend and we couldn't of been happier. Chanel is so amazing. She handled everything and was so attentive and detailed. I would highly recommend. We didn't have to stress or worry about anything. We were able to enjoy everything of our wedding. The venue is absolutely gorgeous! And we got some gorgeous pictures on the grounds. Chanel also has many decoration options and signs so we didnt have to purchase centerpieces or signs. Thank you so much Chanel for making our special day so amazing!

I began with Chanel in early 2020 to plan my wedding and from the first moment I stepped foot at her venue, I knew it was where I needed to be. Chanel has worked closely with me through everything and always found the perfect words to say to put me at ease. It rained on my wedding day but Chanel was completely professional and prepared with a back up plan for my wedding to ensure things still went according to plan. I absolutely adore Chanel, Angel and Greenock Manor. You can tell how much she genuinely cares about you and creating special moments. Our wedding was the best day ever! The venue was absolutely gorgeous and Chanel was an amazing host and wedding planner. We absolutely could not have pulled it off without her. She was there every step of the way. The rustic charm of the venue was exactly what we were looking for. Chanel has made this 100 year old home absolutely beautiful. Her assistant, Angel the wedding dog, added extra smiles to the ceremony. She was PAWFECT! The price was affordable and Chanel was easy to work with us regarding payment. She provided us a lot of contacts that gave us discounts through her. She found us our officiant, DJ, and caterer at great prices. I cannot brag enough about Chanel and this venue. I would redo my wedding here over and over again. 10/10 would recommend!

My Husband and I had the blessing of getting married here in October and I think this place deserves a really detailed review so bare with me. I want to start off with the moment you drive into this stunning slice of heaven. I came here with a book of drawings of what I wanted my wedding to be like down to the center pieces and when I met Chanel, she was God sent. Honestly, she is the most kind hearted, genuine person I have ever met. Wedding planning is incredibly stressful but when you have someone coordinating with you that genuinely adores what she does, it makes life easier. When Covid hit, she called me and told me that if changed are needed, she is there for me in any way she can. She became more than just a wedding coordinator, she became a close friend. During the build up to the wedding, she remained quickly responsive and patient with me. She eased any concerns that came to us and took time to communicate with our family as well when they had questions. During the wedding itself, she had our backs the whole time when the DJ caused us issues. She made everything seamless though we hardly got to see her. Everything moved smoothly, worked perfectly and truly turned out to be like a dream all because of her. Even my bridesmaids became adoring of her because of how she conducts herself and can hold the attention of a whole full room with her voice yet still remain kind and caring while being stern and professional. She remained accommodating with keeping the temperature to our liking in the manor during our stay and the whole place was truly spotless and felt like living in a dream. She also had incredible recommendations for caterers (including Ashley who is on the grounds there), photographers, DJs, officiants and florists on her website. Anything and Everything you could think of was taken care of made easy by Chanel. I looked at at least 89 other venues, comparing cost and accommodations and you honestly cannot beat the price for a 2 night stay, 4 bed rooms, decorations, coordinator and venue in general for the price that she charges. Its beyond affordable, she deserves so much more than she charges but she graces others with her giving heart by keeping her venue affordable. I still cannot believe I had the chance to stay here, let alone have the most incredible and important weekend of my life at this slice of heaven with such an incredible host. I cannot forget to mention her sweet pup Angel (name is fitting) who acted as a flower girl/ring bearer and reminded us of our first dog. Every single detail of this location will remain in our hearts forever as the greatest weekend ever. If you are thinking of visiting or having your wedding here, don't hesitate because you wont find a better place with better people that truly care about you. We will be returning soon to spend time with Chanel and celebrate our marriage as well and we just cannot wait.

This is an ideal situation for any bride looking for a classy cottagecore vibe! Elegant and timeless!! This venue was accommodating, had decor to borrow, phenomenal price point, housed all my family, and I had the wedding of my dreams! Chanel, the owner, was an angel! Truly a fantastic wedding coordinator, so professional and sweet! My day was perfect and I have Chanel and Greenock Manor to thank for it!

Greenock Manor was the perfect place to have our wedding. It is a beautiful venue. I can't say enough amazing things about it. Chanel is amazing! She was wonderful to work with, super flexible and made the day extra special and stress free. We had the weekend package. It was amazing and well worth the money. Who wouldn't want to celebrate their wedding all weekend long?! The cost of the venue was fantastic. You couldn't find a better deal anywhere else.

Greenock Manor was the perfect backdrop for our wedding. We chose the wedding weekend package, and being able to make ourselves at home during our time there made for such a wonderful experience. Both the grounds and the Manor itself are beautiful and comfortable, and we truly enjoyed being able to use the space. From the moment we booked, Chanel was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She met with us multiple times through the planning process and was always available to answer any questions we had and give us wedding advice. She is constantly looking for ways to improve her guest’s experience, and was happy to meet our every need. She worked together with us and our vendors to create the perfect day and evening, and we could not be more thankful for all of her hard work, kindness, and patience with us. I could not have asked for a better experience, when the rain threatened to ruin our wedding, Chanel was on top of everything to make sure I didn't have to worry! She was always three steps ahead of everyone and always knew exactly what to say to calm a panicked bride. The venue was absolutely stunning and so comfortable, I definitely recommend Greenock manor to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing wedding adventure!

Had our wedding at the Greenock Manor on September 3rd and Chanel and Dean were amazing the whole wedding planning process! The venue is amazing! All our guests were in awe with how beautiful the venue was. The day of the wedding Chanel and Dean were there the whole time helping us out. The months leading up to the wedding Chanel was just a text away even when she was out of the country. Thank you so much for everything Chanel, Dean, and Angel of course!

My wedding was the one mentioned in the previous negative review. I did not experience first hand what was mentioned but I will say that Chanel was wonderful and so helpful the entire wedding process. Planning the wedding for 6 months was so smooth and stress free with Chanel's help and she was so incredibly accommodating!
