To clarify a bit about the process and why you did not receive a product separately after purchase, is that our invitations are fully digital, meaning that you’ll design and send out your card directly from the site itself rather than being sent any physical product. While we do offer the free trial in hopes that you can fully test the software and product to ensure your satisfaction before ever needing to provide credit card information, we are always happy to offer a refund for mistaken purchases or unsent mailings. In addition, we pride ourselves on responding to every support request within 24 business hours (our support hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm PST), so we will look into anything that could possibly have prevented a voicemail from being left as we do take any missed support very seriously. Lastly, we apologize for our delay in reaching out regarding the disputed payment, as it often takes the bank months to alert us to the dispute. Prior to canceling a purchase on our end, we always wish to confirm with the account holder to ensure it wasn’t mistakenly disputed and that access to a needed invitation or sent card doesn’t get removed from our site. Accidental disputes happen quite commonly, so sending an email is necessary to prevent an even worse user experience. That being said, we are truly sorry to hear that we have caused any frustration. I would like to help clarify the reasoning behind our pricing structure, as it is by no means meant to be hidden and we try to make it as clear as possible by referring to all packages as being for a specific number of people and including a FAQ about how we calculate pricing when on the purchasing page. All of our pricing is based per person (as opposed to by send or by invitation), but I do know that traditional paper invitations are priced as per send, which may cause for some confusion when making your initial purchase. The reason for this is not to confuse, but rather so that we can provide all tracking, resends, reminders, messaging and other services at no additional cost, which is something that paper invitations and the per send structure cannot do. We feel a structure that captures the general size of the event and guest list would provide an overall better customer experience than charging for extra sends or additional features.
