Greer is wonderful and her photography is absolutely stunning! She was incredibly organized and thorough and handled our long wish list of wedding day photos like a total champ. I would strongly recommend her to any couple -- you'd be lucky to have her capturing your big day!

I enlisted Greer to be my wedding photographer. Not only did she photograph our wedding, she also tool engagement photos, bridal photos, and rehearsal dinner photos. Greer was wonderful to work with. My husband was DREADING our first photoshoot (engagement photos), but he actually had a blast! Greer is personable and warm, and makes you feel like you've known her for ages. She has excellent go-to locations for photoshoots. I highly recommend that brides add a bridal photoshoot before your wedding so you can have extra time to get perfect photos in your dress rather than trying to get the perfect shot on your hectic wedding day. On our wedding day, Greer captured amazing images and was super helpful at guiding us and our friends/family. She gave us tons of options which I loved, so we could pick our favorites. Greer is a real pro - you can tell she's done this a million times! I highly recommend her services.

Greer is absolutely the best there is. She is extremely professional, courteous, and talented. She and her team went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend perfect. We hired them for our rehearsal dinner and 9 hours on the wedding day, and we could not be happier with the way they worked. Greer is extraordinarily kind, and she was the PERFECT person to spend 9 hours with on my wedding day. Any hiccups we had, she was on top of it, and she just did an outstanding job. And of course, her work speaks for itself. We had a videographer, who was completely unrelated to her apart from the fact that they had worked weddings together before, tell us that she is the best photographer in the Southeast, and probably in the country. And I absolutely believe that. Hire Greer right away! She is extremely popular so I don't recommend that you hesitate. She is worth every penny.

I cannot recommend Greer highly enough. From our very first conversation, my husband and I knew Greer was the photograph for us. While her images are insanely gorgeous and reason enough to hire her of course, I feel it is her professionalism and process that make her stand out. Greer makes sure to take into account your preferences as a couple. For example, she shares a detailed questionnaire ahead of the wedding that gives you the opportunity to think through all the aspects of the wedding photography. She then scheduled time with us to review the document. She asked us questions we wouldn't have ever thought of. Day of, everything felt so seamless and natural. Her second photographer Beth was also absolutely incredible. She was with the groom and groomsmen and they had such a fun time. Post wedding, Greer thought of every detail. The website that housed the photos was easy to navigate. And when she mailed us the USB with all the pictures on it, it came in the MOST gorgeous packaging and she even included two framed polaroids that she took of my husband and I that day. I just couldn't get over it. We can't wait to see the physical photo album when it's ready. Hire Greer now!

Greer is absolutely amazing, I highly recommend her! She took my bridal portraits, and engagement and wedding photographs. She has a calming effect about her, and puts everyone around her at ease. She is also very efficient by kindly directing whomever she is photographing. All of our photographs came out beautifully; she has a magical way of finding the perfect angle, lighting, etc. All and all, she was great, easy to work with, and gave us her undivided attention. Getting the opportunity to have Greer photograph our wedding was one of the best decisions we made about our wedding. I will be recommending her to all of my family and friends. If you have any doubts around your wedding photographer, do not hesitate to book Greer - you will have the most beautiful magazine-worthy photos! One of our first wedding vendors to sign on was our photographer, and I had fallen in love with Greer's work looking at her portfolio. Having a wedding during COVID comes with its challenges, but Greer was incredibly kind, patient, and responsive through the whole stressful process of postponing, changing itineraries, etc. Greer is incredibly talented and we loved shooting with her over our two days. Even with strict COVID precautions, and a little bit of rain, Greer managed to make us feel comfortable and at ease. We knew the photos would come out beautiful, but they exceeded our expectations capturing all of the emotions and the best of us and our guests. Despite the incredibly hot weather in July, the photos came out flawless, even without any sign of us sweating through the entire weekend! Through her candids and portraits, she was able to capture all of the wonderful moments that we didn't even realize until we saw the photos. Greer was also able to capture the beauty of both our ceremonies and even the smallest of details in each of our cultures, which we loved. Looking over the photos, we want to do it all over again! We cannot emphasize Greer's talent or recommend her enough for your wedding or any other event!

Greer was absolutely one of our favorite vendors during our wedding planning! She is so talented, kind, hard-working, and extremely professional. On our wedding day, she showed up over an hour early and really helped us stay on track time-wise to make sure we got all the photos we wanted (and more!!). Where to begin! Greer was the center-stone of our wedding and the very first vendor we choose during our wedding planning. She and her team did an absolutely fantastic job capturing our day in a way that I truly believe only she can do. Timeless vogue quality images both on film and digital that we consider ourselves so lucky to have. BOOK HER. When I booked our wedding planner (Elyse Jennings), she asked me if I had a photographer yet. I had fallen in love with Greer’s photos, so there was no photographer I wanted to capture our big day other than her. Elyse couldn’t believe I booked her so quickly and that Greer was available. It was fate! From the very beginning, Greer was professional, calm, and kind. I swear, I probably got on her nerves constantly because of my type-A personality, but she never let it show. This woman is a force yet refined. What I love so much about Greer is her attention to detail – not only in photos but also in you, especially as the bride. Greer took our engagement photos on one of the coldest days of the year. Greer didn’t let that stop us. She was mindful of our time and the weather. She captured some of the most beautiful, soft, loving moments. When it came time for bridal portraits, we were cursed with more terrible weather – this time humidity and rain. Once again, Greer made the best of it. She made me feel beautiful that day, and it’s something I’ll never forget. The wedding day: Greer was encouraging and calm the entire day. She was a breath of fresh air for me, and I often found she knew what I was thinking and acted on it immediately. We started taking photos outside, but it was hot, so she adapted. My husband and I decided not to do a first look and we did not want to leave our reception to take photos, so Greer had to do her best to capture photos of us in the moment. She did just that – raw emotion, pure happiness. What she captured is more than my heart will ever be able to handle. I cry every time I look at our wedding photos. Greer is the BEST photographer in the state of Louisiana, and I will argue until I’m blue in the face that she is one of the best photographers in the country. I had the pleasure of working with Greer for our wedding in Atlanta last October. Out of my husband and me, I was the only one who had met her in person before the actual day, however, you would have never known with how comfortable she made my husband feel in front of the camera. Greer is insane. Truly talented!I really enjoyed working with her over the last 7 months. I took bridal portraits in place of engagement pictures and they are absolutely unbelievable. She shoots with film and digital so she knows what she is doing and knows how to capture the moment. I recommend doing your bridals or engagements outside because she knows how to use the lighting and take beautiful photographs. My pictures are timeless. She is so sweet and accommodating and made my wedding day very stress free as well. She has a calming presence about her. She was on the pricier side so I almost did not use her, but I would regret it every day if I decided against her. She was worth every penny. Oh and the albums she creates are BEAUTIFUL.

I'm elated to write this review about Greer G. and her team. I truly received top notch service and felt their commitment to my needs every step of the way. Her wedding day performance far exceeded my expectations and we received countless positive comments from our guests. I interviewed several photographers and found no match for Greer's down-to-earth personality and southern charm. I would describe our photos as Classic meets Modern Elegance. They are artistic, without feeling stylized. They feel REAL, without being boring. I'm able to sift through my photos and recall each and every moment of that very special day because Greer captured the essence, the emotion, the energy... perfectly! The FIRST LOOK is a must! My husband was hesitant, but ended up being so excited that we could enjoy our reception without being tied down taking photos. It was so special for us to have a moment to embrace in private before we stood before all of our family and friends. In fact, I didn't even cry during my ceremony because I was able to get out those tears and jitters in private at the First Look (and touch up my make-up), so by the time we got to the altar we were both beaming with excitement that this moment had finally come. I will add that Greer and her assistant were practically invisible at the First Look, so we truly felt alone, not as if we were being watched. I also recommend scouting your First Look location and arranging to meet with Greer to show her it before the big day. This made things run very smoothly the day of, as she knew exactly what elements of the architecture and grounds I wanted in my photos. During the reception, I never once felt I had to go find my photographer, anytime I was with a particular group of people whom I wanted a special photo with it felt like Greer was reading my mind because she popped out of nowhere to snap the picture. I also loved that she captured the decor, food, and ambiance of my wedding, as I was so busy being pulled in every direction, their were many elements, which I completely missed and wasn't able to enjoy. It all went so fast, I was so thankful when I received my photos to see all of these elements captured! With great pleasure, I highly recommend Greer G. for your wedding.

Greer was one of the first vendors we booked for the wedding and I am so glad we did. All you have to do is take a look at her blog to see that she has a rare gift. Greer has the ability to capture special moments in a way that is pure and real. Greer took amazing photographs, both for our engagement session and our wedding. She was super flexible and responsive. We got married in New Orleans, but were living in another state at the time and Greer was able to accommodate us on short notice when we were in New Orleans for our engagement session. It rained that weekend, but she still managed to get beautiful photographs of us (you can't even tell the weather was bad!). She was also very flexible when we asked her to get the engagement session gallery up quickly and prints made for display at our reception, and when we decided at the last minute that we wanted a second shooter for our wedding day. She is caring, personable, and really listens to what you want. Also, we appreciated that she was able to get great shots at our reception while at the same time allowing us to enjoy ourselves and spend time with our guests. One of the first and best decisions we made while planning our wedding was Greer G Photography. Greer G is graceful and calm when you are flustered and hungry. Her photos are timeless and elegant, managing to capture those few rare moments you aren’t making silly faces (and a few where you are). My husband (!) and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Greer. She was right on board with our comic book themed day in City Park engagement session, and hot dog, who knew that a couple of nerds reading comic books at Morning Call could look so classic? None of her photos looked stagy staged (brides, you know what I’m talking about), but instead really captured our individual dynamic in a fun and beautiful way. While some photographers can go overboard with post-editing effects, Greer has a light touch, and the results are just lush. On the day of our wedding, Greer, and her adorable sidekick Sarah Becker Lillard, captured everything and more. Our respective getting ready pictures showcased those special, intimate moments, while the ceremony and reception photos really captured the narrative of that beautiful and fun day. Also – you know how some photographers just unload hundreds and hundreds of photos on you? Like twenty snaps of just your earrings? I found Greer after many hours of photo blog searching. I found a photographer I liked and noticed she had a beautiful picture of herself on her blog. The photo credit was Greer. What better endorsement then another photographer trusting you with her personal photos? My wedding isn't until June, but I was lucky enough to win a shower that Greer was a part of so I got a sneak peek at what it's like to work with her. Let me tell you, she's the best there is. I've been to a lot of wedding/events with professional photographers and Greer is by far the best. She did an amazing job of getting all of the important shots, without taking away from the guests experience. So many time's I've been to weddings where the photographers were in the way. She was definitely NOT! The pictures are perfect and captured all the gorgeous details of the day. After seeing the pictures I know I picked the perfect person to shoot our wedding. She was a joy to work with at my shower and I look forward to my bridals and wedding! UPDATE: Greer was, not surprisingly, amazing to work with for my bridals and wedding as well. The pictures she takes are so creative and natural; not cheesy or overly posed.She gets all of your important shots without you even noticing that she's there. I've never looked good in candid pictures in the past, but am in love with how Greer can capture a spur of the moment picture and make everyone in it look beautiful. She also has a talent for making beautiful settings look even more beautiful than they do in person. I love how our church looked in her pictures more than I loved it in person, and it's a gorgeous church in person.
