I had more compliments about the food than my wedding dress! Everything from the salmon to chicken was cooked to perfection. The asparagus, honey glazed carrots, salad, pasta, fingerling potatoes, etc were exquisite. I cannot thank Greg and his team enough for the wonderful service they provided, delicious food, and helping make my wedding day wonderful. Thank you!!!!

We were blown away at the tasting, and Kelly, the woman in charge, was prompt, communicative, and the easiest to work with. At the reception, our guests went back for second and third helpings and raved to us about how delicious everything was. And my husband and I even got some leftovers (which is great, because you never get to eat enough at your own reception). I can't recommend GCC highly enough.

it classy and delicious...we had so so many compliments on our food...and Kelly handled everything....there wasn't a single glitch the day of our wedding...or at least i didnt know about it which made it so much more enjoyable for me...they even had a huge selection of things for presentation...my colors had copper or rose gold accents and they presented everything in copper...just those small extra touches...i loved them and HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

ur day special. Kelly was our point of contact and she was AMAZING! We met with her at our taste test and she was with us til the day of our wedding. She would remember that we had a daughter and would bring her snacks at any meet with her and gave her goodie bag the day of our wedding. Now that is something a mom can appreciated. Now on to their food! It was extremely hard to pick what we wanted after the tasting because it all tasted delicious!! We went with Station idea. I couldn't tell you how many guest came up to use to ask who the caterer was and how good the food tastes. Now we have been at many wedding were the food was just BLAH. NOT with Gregory's you will get a very delicious dish and they have such a wide variety of foods to fit any budget. My best go to the Gregory's team and special thanks to Kelly.

My fiancé, parents and I all went for the menu tasting and we were very impressed with both the food and the presentation, you can tell that Chef Gregory and Kelly love what they do. During our engagement, Kelly was just a text or phone call away to help with choosing flatware, etc. and had great suggestions for other wedding resources in the St. Louis area. While we were still deciding on our entree options, they were kind enough to prepare 3 different chicken dishes for us to pick up and try when we were in town wedding planning. Kelly made sure everything went smoothly and our menu and serving items were just what we wanted. You can tell they truly take the time and care to ensure everything goes off without a hitch - they even had the buffet linens match our wedding colors. Everyone loved the food at the reception and we are so glad we chose Gregory’s to cater our special day!

I had to make a few adjustments to make the total fit my budget, and they were happy to help! *I got to try the hors d’oeuvres. When the catering staff saw that the hors d'oeuvres were running low (before the wedding party entrance), they made sure the wedding party got some too! None of my married friends got to have any at their weddings! *Food was excellent. I had lots of complements, including "This is the best wedding food I've ever had." *They were completely on time (always good to mention) Cons: *While we were still tweaking the menu, sometimes I had to remind them to send an updated menu to me. This didn't bother me as much, because I was expecting to have to do this with at least one vendor. But they were always nice when I reminded them!

hospitable in the industry. It is becoming so rare to find a wedding vendor that really cares. My family is huge on service and from the very beginning, Kelly and Greg felt like family. Greg prepared a tasting for us (free of charge to the bride and groom I might add) which was more like a 5-course meal. Kelly was there and kept re-filling our water glasses and serving up entrees. This was amazing to me and well beyond what we had expected! Everything from pasta, to ethnic treats to dessert...I don't think there is anything this man can't make. It was all out-of-this-world. We decided to do our dinner, appetizers and even dessert with Gregory's and our guests still keep raving about how amazing everything was. The wedding presentation was gorgeous, the staff friendly and Kelly and Greg were there to oversee it all. From the very beginning, they worked with our budget, catered to my every email/phone call (sorry, Kelly!) and ensured that our day was more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. I recently contacted Kelly to cater my best friend's bridal shower in 2016 and I will continue to find events in which I can work with them. Thank you, Kelly and Greg! You guys are a class act-we love Gregory's! Hire them for anything you can-they're the best around.

and Chef are so friendly and they really make you feel at ease. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because they seem a little unorganized on the paperwork side of things. Not a big deal just took awhile to get invoices ect but they were always helpful and willing to work with our budget. They also did a great job the day of at my wedding- their set up was beautiful and made mexican food look elegant. the quality of food was just as great as when they cooked for two of us. Would suggest them to anyone for any type of event!

ot expecting to be fed, since we had previously inquired with a different caterer requiring hoops to jump through for us to even questionably enjoy their food. Gregory's blew us away immediately, feeding us everything from appetizers, several different meats, two different potatoes, two different salads, so many vegetables, pasta and when we could barely take another bite, they brought out cheesecake. They packed up what we hadn't eaten (at our tasting) and we enjoyed it the next evening for dinner. The second time we had it there was no question who was going to cater our wedding. Our catering order was complicated because everything was so delicious we couldn't even make up our minds (we did half scalloped potatoes, half mashed; half italian salad, half caesar). The turkey is perfectly moist and the ham with the best hint of pineapple. Our guests were raving about their food and still continue to talk about it. Almost everyone that could went for seconds. They also had a children's menu option which was incredibly helpful. We hardly have any leftovers from our wedding in our refrigerator and I can't wait to have it for dinner tonight. The food at the wedding tasted exactly like what we tasted at our original tasting. Not your typical wedding food.

Not only was everything delicious but the presentation was great as well. Every single guest we spoke too raved about the food! Gregory's was also very helpful and flexible in working with us to ensure we got exactly what we wanted for the wedding. One thing we loved about Gregory's is that they offered to set up a tasting with us based off of selections we made. Most caterers we consulted either didn't have tastings available at all, had tastings with a preselected menu, or didn't host tastings until after you had booked their services. The fact that we could taste Chef Gregory's food prior to signing any contract and based off of selections we were thinking about for our wedding was HUGE. We had a family style meal but Gregory's was also able to accommodate our guests' dietary restrictions and a kids' menu. The other fact that sold us on Gregory's is how affordable their catering services are. When comparing quotes between Gregory's and other caterers for the type of event we wanted it was no question that Gregory's gave us the most bang for our buck!

the food from Gregory's was. From the initial tasting (a true food orgy) to the final bites at the reception, this food is phenomenal. Way, way above expectations. I have to add that Kelly, our coordinator for our event through Gregory's, was a joy to work with. Throughout this very important (and stressful) life event, she managed to ease all of my anxieties. She did an absolutely beautiful job, before and during the reception. Everyone at the reception was professional, attentive, and kind. For an extremely reasonable cost, you will get mind-blowingly good food, and very thoughtful treatment. I can't recommend Gregory's highly enough. When our other daughter marries, they will be my caterer again. I couldn't choose anyone else. :-)

My husband and I knew right away that they were the right vendor for us. The tasting might as well have been a private dining date night for us. The food was to die for and the service was incredible. This is where we met our new favorite person in the world, KELLY! She cared about us, worked within our budget, and overall went above and beyond with every single detail. Working with her was like working with an old friend who truly wanted the best for your wedding. Going with chef Gregory catering was probably the best decision of our wedding, and they made the night magical. The food is beyond words and not your typical wedding food. You can basically customize your own menu! I'm so thankful that I found them. My guests won't stop talking about how delicious everything was and all of my soon to be engaged/ married bridesmaids are excited to contact them when the opportunity arises. I cannot say enough how WONDERFUL the whole experience was. If you want an impressive memorable meal, go with Chef Gregory Catering. They never missed a beat. The food is fabulous! This chef is genius, open to special requests, and able to deliver within the budget. He is honest and to the point- something I value. Gregory's is reasonably priced- I got a big bang for the buck. Gregory's staff is great to work with- the coordinator is true to her word,detail oriented, knows how to organize and manage- she made the evening go smooth and went above and beyond to make the event beautiful.

What we loved about Chef Gregory is that while he has premade menus for you to look at, that you could choose, he lets you mix item to create a menu that is truely yours. My mother was my wedding planner so she did most of the corresponding with him. There were a couple times he was slow to respond to questions but that is understandable being peak wedding season. The food was delicious and all of our guests loved the taste and how unique the spread was. We were very pleased!

A few slip ups at the reception were never acknowledged or apologized for from the caterer: - He was supposed to serve his AMAZING (they really were our favorite thing)pretzels at 10:00 pm, as indicated on our menus. He served them at 6:00 and many guests missed out on them and were looking for them later (including US!!!) - We paid extra due to a last minute change in plans to get salads put on every table at the beginning of the night - salads weren't served until 7:30 and our stations concept turned out to be more like a buffet. All in all, a little more organization on his part could have prevented some minor setbacks. But honestly, all the guests were fed and didn't know the difference in the end. The food was good, and that's the main thing.

This was by far the best catered meal I have ever had. My daughter chose the beef filet as one of the entrees. Everybody at our table could cut it with a fork. It was cooked perfectly and was served hot. Her reception was at a site that did not have a kitchen so this was even more remarkable. Everything was exceptionally tasty from the vegetables to the salads to the appetizers. The highest compliment came from a long time friend who has been in foodservice in Chicago for over 40 years. He agreed it was one of the best catered meals he had ever had also. Chef Gregory was easy to work with and the price was right. His staff were super friendly.
