she was honest (for someone who has no idea what she really wants. This was great!) And she was personable. Gretel was able to make conversation and make you feel comfortable, she talked and got to know not only me but all of my bridesmaids it makes you feel so much better about what you are getting. Gretel was also so flexible, reliable, and just over all amazing. I'm beyond happy with my results I felt like a princess day of! I might just call her for a fancy night out! 10/10 and would highly recommend her!
