Grey Oaks Plantation

Grey Oaks, originally built on the outskirts of Port Gibson, Mississippi in the Greek Revival style, was once called Anchuka. It was bought in 1936 by Michael Morrissey of Vicksburg. All salvageable parts were used to rebuild the home in the Federal style and renamed Grey Oaks at its present location. Grey Oaks and its grounds can be rented for weddings and events. We have room and spaces available for both ceremonies and receptions. Along with the rental of the space, you also receive the services of Ron White who has decades of experience in event planning and interior/exterior design. Ron's work has been featured in Florida Design and Southern Living and holds awards from other prestigious institutions nationwide. Let Grey Oaks become Home for your special occasion!
