Had a scheduled venue tour and no one showed up. My family and I called the venue and we were told that they would reach out to see if Chavonne was nearby or if she had forgotten. ...
I waited for 15 minutes and never received a call. I had to call the venue back to ask if they heard from Chavonne. They had no success in reaching her, and they didn’t even call me back to let me know. On top of that, they asked me if I wanted to reschedule over the phone. Really unprofessional. Not to mention they have a calendar that they send you to choose your tour date, and it sends you an automatic reminder about your appointment! Up until this point, I never got any emails or calls from the venue beforehand to confirm or provide any additional info. Didn’t get the feeling that this venue is on top of the details. The venue itself looked beautiful from what I could see from the outside, it’s a shame they didn’t show up for the appointment. Really frustrating as my family took off work to come with me on this tour. Huge bummer. My advice would be to proceed with caution. Really disappointed with the lack of communication and lack of professionalism.
We’re not even sure where to start for this absolutely incredible experience. When we first started looking at venues online, we did a Google search for “historic buildings,” and G...
rey Rock stood out to us before we even saw it in person. We immediately called and booked a tour. The moment we walked in the door and started talking with Brian, we knew this was the venue for us. He was very welcoming and helped us envision our wedding day during the walkthrough.
The rooms are beautiful by themselves, but can also be a blank canvas for you to let your imagination run wild. The staff were always accommodating when we wanted to come view the space again, and responsive whenever we called or emailed with a million questions. We truly can’t recommend this venue enough. It photographs so well and turned out to be everything we ever hoped and dreamed of!

oric feel, and competitive price were some of the many reasons we decided to make them our number 1 choice. Bill was an amazing help throughout the process. Everything we discussed when touring with them was executed on our wedding day. I love all that they had to offer us with the outside gazebo area, the beautiful draped tent, and the historic /charming ballroom. Our pictures from our photographer displayed the venue beautifully.
Thank you Grey Rock Mansion for everything!
Because of Covid 19 and the uncertainties of venues reopening in Baltimore City we made the hard decision to switch our wedding and reception to Grey Rock Mansion three months bef...
ore our wedding. Raini made the transition so smooth and we felt at ease. We took a tour of Grey Rock Mansion and we fell in love. The venue was absolutely beautiful! The garden, the ballroom, the tent, the outside ceremony space was stunning what else can you ask for. We knew we were in good hands. The day of our wedding. Bill and his staff did an amazing job dealing with the weather (we think all four seasons came at once) and made sure our special day went off without a hitch. We will definitely recommend Grey Rock Mansion for any event. Thanks a bunch 🙂
