Then, day of, Traven worked well to keep us on our timeline, and when we were running behind, he moved efficiently through the shot list to get us back on schedule for the ceremony - it was truly impressive. The best part, though, is truly their candid photos throughout: getting ready, ceremony, second line, dances, reception. We now have so many amazing organic moments preserved forever (I’ve maybe cried more than once looking through our album, seriously), and we are so grateful for Traven and Gris Gris Photography!

A few weeks prior to the wedding, we had another more detailed meeting to finalize the timeline. He also requested a photo list for the formal shots for after the ceremony. I strongly recommend, as Traven did us, names of individuals in each photo be provided with this list. This limited the time away from the reception and kept things organized. It was easier on him and us to not have to remember or to have to go searching for those individuals who were MIA. Traven was extremely prepared and got us to the fun quickly. He was always at the right place at the right time to get the best shots for the ceremony and reception. A week or so after the wedding, he sent us preview shots of some of his favorites for us to get excited about and share. And as promised, we received the link to the full resolution photos with full rights in just over two months! I wasn’t so sure we would get them so quickly given the holidays, but he was quick considering his timeline was 2-3 months and it was worth the wait. The pictures are beautiful! I genuinely recommend Traven for your wedding!
