Griselda's Catering

We are still getting feedback about how delicious the food was. We opted for the non-traditional fajita bar. I was such a beautiful presentation and the food was so yummy. Only downside is you can't taste the food ahead of time, but trust me you don't need to!

the rep for griselda's was very nice. The rep was my only good experience with them. We went to a costly tasting, $120.00, and i was very dissapionted. The food was overly salty and they served us a pork - i had made it clear,in an email, that my husband does NOT eat pork!

Griselda was amazing. She was at my wedding, helped set up the tables, served my guests and my wedding party, made sure my groom and I had everything we needed, and packed us some food to take back to our hotel that night. The bar tenders were so friendly and her entire staff was there to please. Loved her!

Griselda is so nice and they do such good work! They got rid of a woman that really didn't know what she was doing and things improved dramatically. We were able to change up a some of the food to make it vegetarian at our tasting. Overall very accommodating. We stuck to our timeline very well but they were counting on our window of 615-630 to start dinner being at 630 when it was at 615. Not a very big deal since we got to walk around and talk to people but it was a slight bump. They were great overall; a little pricy but you get great food and service!
