th went by, not a call, text, or email was sent to inform me about why my piece wasn't done. So I wound up going to Troy Vincents to make the exact same piece just to get called by Grissom's 2 months later telling my piece was finished. Terrible customer service! lers from Colombia). Grissoms is the only place in the US we would trust. They not only suggested a minor modification to the engagement ring (to swap out the main diamond), but also custom designed a wedding band to fit the intricate gold working on the engagement ring and that lays flat agains the odd antique shape. Incredibly helpful in the process and did excellent work.
