to meeting with him and having him do my own wedding I was blown away. Jared was always early to every appointment we had set and came prepared. He was very organized and it was obvious he individualized each event and kept them all separate from one another. When I would meet with him it was like our event was the ONLY event he was doing, but that is far from true. He definitely knows how to make you feel like a priority. Jared came into a situation where we had a lack (or complete absence) of communication with the venue owner/”coordinator”. Jared readily put my mind at ease when he said he would take over and help out with the wedding coordination for the day of. At first, I thought he was absolutely crazy, but then I realized it was what he WANTED and LOVED to do and I’m so grateful I put my day into his hands. I live about 3 hours away from Kansas City (where our wedding took place) and Jared would visit the venue, run errands, find décor, etc. for us while I was unable to due to location. Jared spoke with the venue owners several times to nail down details. Up until the day of the rehearsal, Jared was easy to reach and was prompt in his replies. The day of the rehearsal was absolute chaos and he ended up taking over to make it a much more organized event. Jared provided both our ceremony and reception music. By the end of the rehearsal night, he had the ceremony back drop completed and all equipment set up on both floors for the ceremony and reception. The day of the wedding, Jared was there early to help make sure things were moving along – he even ran to Hobby Lobby to pick up last-minute items for us! By the time of the ceremony, he was right on track with time and timed each song for the processionals to a tee. He did great for the cocktail hour and kept the party flowing while the wedding party headed out for pictures. By the time we were back, guests were seated and ready for our Grand Entrance. Throughout the reception and evening, my husband and I had several special requests: grand entrance music, choreographed first dance, garter dance, anniversary dance, the list goes on… and Jared made sure they all happened! He had a presence at the wedding and made sure we ran as close to the timeline as possible, but also let us enjoy each moment. Jared is the reason the night flowed so well and he is the reason the dance floor was going all night long. I can’t put into words how much it means to us for Jared to personalize our day and night and give us what we had been looking for. Despite all of the issues with other vendors, I knew I could count on him to keep his word and made it happen. He did more than we could have ever imagined. I would recommend him in a second to any Bride & Groom for their special occasion!!

magnificent, his sound impeccable, and his warm and enthusiastic energy makes him in my book the BEST Wedding DJ I have ever had the pleasure to book. At a time when a ceremony can sometimes be very hectic and nerve wrecking, he knew just how to calm my sister and take matters into his hand, making sure she had nothing to worry about on the most important day of her life. Needless to say, Groove Entertainment is absolutely amazing and if your looking to book a DJ for a night you will never forget, they are hands down the best.

ks." Our outdoor wedding was everything we wished for and more. Except... my father in law assured me we had enough power between the house and barn to supply everything. Well we didn't, as night fell, in the middle of dinner, between the bars using blenders, caterers, DJ, photographers, and cell phone chargers we blew the transformer. Needless to say I was beyond upset, we hadn't even gotten to our toasts and the night was over. Jared helped our family find flashlights and control the stumbling crowd through the dark into an area of light from torches we had for our exit to the limo. Jared approached us and told us his idea how we could continue the night, we thought it was just crazy enough to work. Tail lights snaked their way close to the outdoor dance floor we had set up. Jared plugged his lap top and microphone into his SUV. He quickly opened the doors so the sound would travel and I'll never forget the next sound I heard. "Ladies and Gentlemen would you please clear the dancefloor for our bride and groom to have their first dance." I broke into tears of joy and for the next hour and half we danced the night away. I still tell Jared to this day that I am eternally grateful for being able to dance with my father who passed away 3 months later when the odds were against us to do so. From all of my family and friends, thank you again for making our day as perfect as it could be.

He showed up before we got to the venue for pictures and the up lighting was amazing, I'll never forget the first sight of my wedding venue after Groove Entertainment transformed it :) I would highly recommend this company for weddings or any party! Thank you again Jared for an amazing wedding, my guests will never forget it. Almost makes me want to get married again to relive that night....almost ;)

I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone for a wedding or any other event. Oh and he was very affordable. DJ's can make or bread your event. So don't break it and hire Groove Entertainment.
