Matt is an awesome DJ and provides quality service for an affordable price. He is professional and always arrives dressed appropriately. He works with his couples to create a playlist as well as a do not play list. I 've had the privilege of working with Matt for several years at weddings and even referred him to both my siblings to DJ their weddings. I'm always impressed with the experience that Groove Machine provides. Thanks for being awesome Matt!

Matt was our DJ and was an awesome MC. He kept things moving along so that there were no moments in which people were wondering what was next. Our only complaint is that we submitted our songs (a list that requires to be filled out), but many of our songs were not even used during the dancing. Several songs we didn’t even like. Only complaint, otherwise the rest of the wedding music went well.

I really liked working with Matt, he was one of very few DJ's in town that would take on the venue I got married at. He did a great job at getting the crowd excited and played the music we requested. My only complaints are that I had requested slow songs (first dance, etc.) to be trimmed down as it feels awkward to be up there for 5 minutes. I also had requested he call my husband upon arrival as he would be helping him, but he called my mom, and I believe he simply had mine and my mom's contacts from previously talking to us and hadn't added my husband. Overall though he did a great job and I would definitely recommend him.

We chose Matt as our wedding DJ and MC because his website was very helpful in giving us all the information we needed, and he was professional and helpful over the phone, as well. Matt was very organized in helping us create the wedding timeline and provided good suggestions for songs, timing, etc. The wedding went off without a hitch, and Matt played fun music that got almost everyone dancing at some point in the night. My only issue was that we tried to meet up with Matt a couple times before the wedding, and both times it fell through on his end. It would have been nice to connect with him more before the wedding to ease our nerves and meet him in person. I assume he had a lot of other gigs around that time and was busy, so I recommend if you are having a summer wedding/event that you try to meet with him earlier in the year. I would still recommend considering Matt for your wedding or event.
