Tyler at 4 pm got our products monogrammed and to UPS at the last minute and made the delivery happen. Not a easy task
This company is the real deal
Thank you so much!!!
I needed some gifts for the groomsmen with a very tight turnaround time and they made it happen (like ordered on a Thursday and they showed up Tuesday)! The quality of the duffle b...
ags I ordered is excellent and the customization was perfect.
I ordered a keepsake box with monogram initials. The engraving is off center and looks terrible. I quite honestly have my doubts that any human ever laid eyes on the product let al...
one manufactured it. I expressed my concern to customer service requesting either a refund or a re-do and they refused. Best they could offer was a 30% discount on new order. Very disappointing, especially in a day and age when there are so many options for good customer service (ie amazon, costco, etc)
Don’t order their 3D printed garbage.
Awesome, awesome gifts! And quick turnaround time (in my own typical fashion I waited until the last minute).
The guys loved them- a set of caricature flasks with their faces on t...

We’ve spend over $140 on gifts and no one has responded to our inquiry from your company! This is getting absolutely ridiculous. This company is a scam, buyers beware!!!!

ive from the company, Tyler Carter, really funny guy and he provided me with excellent service. Will recommend to friends.
My fiance placed an order on January 13th, well aware of the 4 week lead time for the custom bobble heads. He sends in all of the necessary pictures and information. After the 4 we...
eks passed, he reached out to the company for an update, and they told him the artists were still working on his order. Another 3 weeks pass, and he hasn't heard anything. He reached out on the week of March 1st, obviously upset, wondering where his order is. They got back with him after sending multiple emails for an update with no response, and told him the artists should have a proof ready by the following week. Here it is, March 12th, with no product, no proof. He emailed customer support, no response. He got on the live chat feature, asking for an update, and they told him the manager will reach out to the artist and have an update within the hour. 2 hours or so go by, no word. My fiance gets on the live chat feature again, and got the same customer support agent. Tyler, the agent, finally cancelled the order since we had no update. I would personally avoid at all costs. They are the middle man for artists, and the customer service is TERRIBLE. AVOID.
My order delivered and it was very messed up - wrong items in the boxes and wrong dates on personalization of those also incorrect items.. immediately called/emailed/Live Chat'd th...
e reps to let them know so I could get it fixed. Due to our timeline/weather, we weren't able to get replacements for the pieces but the customer service team made it all right by promptly issuing a refund.

g I would have a response to my query ) and assured me the personalised mini basketballs would arrive before my tight time deadline. They arrived with 2 weeks to spare even with international shipping. The basketballs are fantastic and I can't wait to give them to my groomsmen. The hero I don't deserve but the hero I needed!

d. Loved the craftsmanship and what came. Couldn't have been happier.
However.. 1 gift had a name spelled incorrectly. The good thing is my wedding was still 2 months away. So I reached out to the team and let them know. It happened to be late Friday before Labor Day. I received a response on Tuesday apologizing for the mistake and that they would make it right. Great!! I love the prompt response. Again, plenty of time. I received the corrected gift that Thursday. Wow!!! I was beyond impressed with the speed and the response of this company.
I highly recommend them for your gifts. Thank you so much!!
