Windy Clark and her team at Grubslingers did a fabulous job for my daughter’s wedding. They catered the wedding dinner and the desert board for the reception. It was all very beautiful and tasted wonderful!
Windy Clark as a day of coordinator was wonderful as well. She kept things rolling and on track. The night went by so fast and everything was beautifully done and went over smooth.
Windy made our wedding day absolutely perfect! Until I met with Windy to start planning catering for our event, I did not envision anything within the realm of beauty, spotless linens, plated service, and delicious foods. Pat (now husband) had tasted Windy's food at a bridal fair and assured me we had to hire her! Windy and I met and she let me know with a small intimate wedding of less than 30 people, we could easily do plated service and fine décor for our special day. I brought the décor I had picked out (photo frames, pinecones, centerpieces, votives) and Windy set those up along with all of her supplies, linens, and chair wraps that made everything come together just right!
Windy takes her catering seriously and wants to ensure her couples have everything perfect and to their liking. For that reason, she often offers to meet with you before the wedding if you have a special family recipe or dish you'd like to include on your special day. This way you can show her the exact way you want it on your special day. By no means is this required, but we took her up on the offer since we love spicy Southern shrimp! My husband Pat and her cooked up a few styles and we all sampled and picked our favorite for the wedding day. And she knocked it out of the park! All of our guests were complimenting the cuisine, and left with full bellies! They even signed for our cake delivery and helped serve the cake to all our guests.
