Chris from GTE was an absolutely amazing DJ for our wedding on 10/26/25! We couldn’t have asked for anyone better. He was so flexible with last-minute changes and completely nailed the playlist. His preplanning was thoughtful, he handled requests perfectly, and he kept the night running smoothly. Chris got our older guests out on the dance floor and then kept it bumping for the younger crowd. It was the perfect night thanks to him!

Day of, DJ Burns really showed up to make it a great time! Nothing but great feedback from ALL our guests, but more importantly my wife and I were beyond pleased with how the event went. DJ Burns did a great job with coordinating with our day of planner. Furthermore, he was very smooth with reading the room, guiding guests to where they needed to be, and keeping the hype up the whole time! We couldn't have asked for a better group/DJ to run our wedding like they did. In addition, text messages to follow their Instagram and other questions. I find it unprofessional to text a potential client in my opinion, and do not want to work with a business who is very desperate to get my money/business. Do not work with Andrew!

Saying David is a professional is an understatement. He was an incredible DJ. He doesn’t just play music and follow the timeframes. He involves the whole party on the celebration. ...
He includes ice breakers to loosen the party up and has one on one interviews not just to learn what kind of music you want, but asks details about friends and family to really get to know the couple. He also uses fun stories you disclose to him to give comedic jabs at friends and family. The next couple days after the wedding everyone was laughing saying oh my gosh when he called my name and brought up this old time, I was stunned and laughing. During our wedding the original planner had a family emergency and the venue provided a back up. This person was no where to be found. David stepped up to the plate and took over and made the wedding run perfectly. This guy cares, he’s proud of his work and devotes his time to you. I would recommend to anyone.

I hired a DJ for my wedding. The company hyped up there promotion. We had 4 or so meetings with them to go over what the DJ will do. When wedding day came it was a complete disaste...
r. The DJ ran up to me and asked if we were the bridal crew when we’re in our dresses about to go down and isle. When the ceremony was over he played The beginning of friends in low places which those lyrics are about an ex. For the reception the DJ unplugged our lights to plug in his speakers. Which I told him before the wedding we have a generator just for him but he wanted to argue and keep the speakers plugged in where the lights were supposed to be running off of. In the middle of the ceremony he started playing break up songs. The DJ was supposed to bring his own lights for the standard package deal. That never happened. I paid to much for a service that hyped themselves up to scam people.

efore I address your concerns, I want to let you know that the GTE did everything that it could to make your day special. Unfortunately, the issues that we encountered were beyond our control. Let me explain.
You mentioned that David ran up to you and asked if you were the bridal crew. I asked David why he ran up to you, and this was his response.
I never ran up to Skye; however, I was waiting for her arrival at the ceremony entrance because she was 30 minutes late, and I could tell that her guests were tired of waiting. So my initial thought was to get this ceremony started as soon as possible. The best way to achieve this was to set the prelude music on auto and wait for them at the entrance. When the bridal party arrived, I just so happen to start my conversation with, " Hey, are you the bridal party? At the moment, that was the first thing that came to my head. After I asked that question, I quickly introduced myself and informed the wedding party that when I get back to my DJ table, I will begin playing their processional music.
For your recessional, you picked "Friends In Low Places" by Garth Brooks (a song that refers to breaking up). When you called me to express your dissatisfaction that David played this song from it's beginning, I asked if you had mentioned to David where you wanted this song to start? You answered "No," but you went on to say that someone did tell him. When I asked you, "Who"? You responded with I don't know, but I know someone told him. Skye, I'm sorry we didn't play the song from where you wanted it to start, but we had no idea that's what you wanted.
When we spoke on the phone, you had mentioned to me that David played "A" breakup song during your reception (not the ceremony as in your review). When I asked, "what song was it"? You told me that you didn't know because you didn't hear it and that one of your guests complained to you about it. If he had played one, I'm sorry. I'll make sure to talk to him and the rest of the crew about being mindful of what they play.
In regards to the generator:
David thought it would be best plugging into the extension cord that was offered to him by the homeowner, so you and your guests didn't have to hear the generator's noise. The homeowner plugged the extension cord into the second electrical socket. The only time David touched your lights was to help the homeowner fix them.
In conclusion, I want to let you know, and anyone who took the time to read this know that I care about our / your events' outcome. Because of this, I appreciate your review and your phone calls. I wish you and Jarred nothing but the best as you move forward as a married couple.

hing was that a couple times I had spoken with someone regarding pricing to add services. I was given a price and no one wrote anything in notes about what was discussed and before I knew it they were wanting to charge me more. The first incident they worked out. But the second incident I was told I would be getting 40uplights for $800. That was half the price then another company I was looking at. So I secured them. One month before our wedding I wanted to confirm I what I was getting and they told me they had me down for 20. The frustrating part is I would’ve actually gotten more for my money with the other company who was familiar with the exact venue we secured at the zoo. In the end we got only 20 lights and I do not feel it was enough with all the other lights off. Also, the dj Andrew was very nice and helpful and worked hard for us. But my fiancé was definitely upset because he called him Jonathan not by his name which was actually Joshua WHEN INTRODUCING US AS THE BRIDE AND GROOM! I laughed but he was a bit irritated and many of our guests noticed the mistake. Overall things can and will happen and we would recommend and use them again. But there were just some things that they could work on. Thanks good times though for giving us a good time!

They played a great playlist, revved up the crowd, worked with us on timing, and made the day perfect. They were not daunted by me asking them to Arabic music in key parts during our celebration and really brought our vision to life. as lucky enough to experience his expertise at a wedding that I traveled to in CA, and if it weren't for a few logistical issues on my end, there would be no doubt in my mind that he would be the DJ for my wedding or any future event! As a future bride, I instantly wanted to book Alex, and from the initial inquiry, I appreciated this thoroughness in getting to know us, and figuring out what we want as a couple. Back to the wedding where I met him, he played what the people loved, had the dance floor packed all night, and had the perfect balance of tempo and genre. What really caught my attention though (aside from his awesome song choices) were his MC skills. He is so professional yet warm and welcoming, you can tell he is definitely meant to speak in front of crowds. Thank you for such a fun night Alex!

Ryan was our DJ and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better. He contacted me before the wedding to make sure he understood everything we wanted and he delivered. We got so many compliments on how entertaining he was and how he read off the crowd and played music everyone loved. Chris was our videographer and did the same thing. He asked questions beforehand to make sure any special moments we wanted in our video were captured and we love our video! We could not have asked for a better DJ and videography service, Good Time Entertainment rocks!

We filled out a template on his website that included each dance, special songs, games and anything else we wanted to make our wedding personal to us. What may have been overwhelming task became a fun and easy process because of Isaac’s awesome personality and organization.
Sometimes it’s easy to think that a DJ and host isn’t one of the most important aspects to a successful and amazing wedding, but as a bride, I was thrilled with each moment and how professional Isaac was. The music and transitions were flawless, Isaac’s hosting style was more than well received by our guests and, as everyone knows, a dance is only as fun as the DJ makes it; we had a blast. ur September wedding in Yosemite. It was February by this point, and I was nervous that I wasn't going to get a good DJ - and as we all know, a DJ can make or break a party!! Within minutes of sending in my inquiry, Isaac called me and shared a little about himself and GTE. He was personable and warm and set up an appointment for me and my now-husband to talk to Alex, one of the DJs, later that night. Alex spent over an hour on the phone with us talking about weddings, the company, tips for how to keep the party going, etc - this was all before we even paid or committed to anything. He introduced us to the online portal (which, by the way is a God-send in the midst of hectic wedding planning!) to give us an idea of what to expect and how to create a detailed timeline and how to pick songs. After discussing pricing and finding out their fee was also below our budget - We were sold! After booking, Isaac and Alex continued to be incredibly helpful with getting our song list and timeline established. They checked in on us periodically to see if we needed any additional support (major brownie points!) and the online portal was a contraption from heaven that allowed me to edit this at anytime of day and at any location - at work during lunch, on my laptop right before bed - seriously anywhere, anytime! Our wedding ran incredibly smoothly and Alex kept the crowd on the dancefloor! I never felt like there were any weird pauses or changes in the music. I honestly couldn't be happier!! I HIGHLY recommend GTE!! And if Isaac or Alex are reading this - THANK YOU!!!!!!

We knew we needed someone to command the crowd, to make sure that everything would happen without any problems, and would keep people on the dance floor all night. Good Times did that all for us. We had constant contact with Isaac throughout the planning process. He made sure that everything was perfect for us.
Our day went off without a hitch, and I even got to play "DJ" during the reception for a bit. Isaac made the whole experience fun and memorable. There wasn't a second that there wasn't a person on the dance floor. He was able to read the crowd and play music to suite everyone. It was wonderful and more than my husband and I could ever ask for. Thank you Isaac!!! We could not have done any better. This is definitely something that I wouldn't advise skimping on. You pay for quality, and Good Times is worth every penny!!

We realized later that they did not actually play all the types of music that we had requested for dancing. And their planning website must not have updated with our edits because the list of wedding party names was wrong, but luckily Alex double checked before he announced us. Overall great services, just a little overpriced.

Let me begin by saying that both my wife and I were very particular when selecting a DJ for our wedding, as we felt that a DJ could really set the tone for a wedding.

ac were beyond expectations. We met with Issac initially through a Conference call, because we did not live in the Fresno area. At the end of the initial call he demonstrated via FaceTime his skills along with Alex. We were already leaning towards GTE prior to the demo, however, afterwards we were sold.
Their follow up interviews and planning sessions were perfect and extremely helpful with planning the timing and coordination of the wedding day. We were so impressed with their planning and services that we stopped looking for a wedding coordinator and entrusted GTE with that job. They once again performed beyond expectations.
At our big day Alex, our DJ, arrived and setup two locations for us. Even though it rained he was unfazed and was able to properly manage our day to perfection. He was extremely cordial to our guests, even offering to grab a drink for a guest that could not walk down to the wedding seating and thus was closer to Alex.
At the reception as our master of ceremonies Alex was spot on, made up for lost time by making appropriate adjustments to the schedule, and allowing us a good amount of time to party and truly enjoy our day. His music selection was also perfect for our wedding and truly set the mood for our event. Without him I do not believe that our wedding would have been as successful as it was.
Alex, thank you for the amazing services you provided that day, and Issac, thank you for running such a fantastic company that truly shined on the day of our wedding.

your wedding timeline. They provide both an online personalized timeline website also they also sit down with you to help you make decisions, which alleviates so much stress! They work around your schedule and are available to meet with you at your convenience. The day of the wedding they have all the details covered. They are very comfortable speaking in front of crowds and will adapt to your wedding style (e.g. formal vs. casual). Customer service is top notch with GTE. If you need a drink for your toast, they're there to get it for you. If you need ideas for songs or activities (e.g. garter toss, personalized grand entrance, etc.) all you need to do is ask because they can help in all areas of planning! They will keep your reception moving smoothly and are flexible with changes as necessary. They do a fabulous job working with other vendors and come highly recommended by all. I've recommended GTE to all my friends who are getting married and will continue to do so without hesitation. I can't say enough great things about Good Times Entertainment! They were an integral part of our wedding being the most fun I've ever had!

ng Fresno area Dj's we knew we wanted Isaac because he knows how to get a party going. Half of our wedding guests aren't big dancers so I was concerned having a dance floor, when the dancing began I saw all of my family members I was concerned about dancing.
It was also very nice to not have to worry about set up. As the bride I was in the room and hadn't talked to them all day because I was busy doing other stuff. It was nice to see everything went seamlessly from the ceremony, to toasts, to the very last dance! If you are looking for a DJ for your event I highly recommend Good Times Entertainment.

d even helped us choose our event song such as ceremony music, reception entrance, first dance, tosses, last song of the night and more! We are not really music people, so their services really helped alleviate at least one stress of planning a wedding. The also brought custom lighting equipment. The wedding went off without any fuss. Mid way through we asked for a change in dance music to get the old people out on the dance floor and Goodtimes delivered! Our parents and their friends were out there dancing in no time! As the night went on, they switch to more up to date music for the younger crowd to party to. The night could not have been better! Goodtimes did an excellent job! Do NOT be fooled by lesser products that may cost a bit less. They offer a premium DJ experience that is well worth it.
