n artist to capture our day in a whimsical way. We were given a few recommendations from friends but around that same time that we were researching photographers my sister had just gotten married and when she sent me the link to her photo gallery I was in awe. I loved the photographer’s style: the varying color effects, the angles, the details, the creativity, etc. She captured the moments of that day beautifully. My sister told me that Heidi was great to work with. That’s when I knew I had to have her, and to my good fortune she was available for our date. Heidi was a pure pleasure to work with. My fiancé and I had a vision for our vintage-themed wedding and Heidi was enthusiastic about our ideas. She travelled to the area where we were having our reception before our wedding day to find the best photo opportunities. That was an extra perk that we were not expecting and put our minds at greater ease so there was less time to waste on the day-of searching for places to go. With all the things that a bride worries or panics about, photography wasn’t one of them. Heidi and her assistant Kiera were very friendly and professional. For certain moments Heidi was great about guiding us and instructing us what to do, keeping our poses very natural and not forced. At other times she and Kiera became almost invisible stealing the moments that we would later cherish. At the end of the night I was confident that we were going to be able to relive this day with beautiful photos. To my surprise Heidi already had a few photos ready to view the day following our wedding and I was blown away. The pictures were stunning. Who knew we could photograph that well? Our photos are all magazine-worthy! One of my absolute favorites made it on Loveolio’s homepage (Love Olio is a gallery of the most creative wedding photographers in the world)! I was craving more… and more came a week later. I could not have been more pleased with the quality of Heidi’s pictures. And less than 3 weeks from the wedding the entire photo gallery was available. I cannot stop looking through the photos. They are absolutely beautiful. Heidi did not skip a beat. She truly is an artist and a master or her profession. Heidi has a strong vision, great talent, and a wonderful personality. I HIGHLY recommend her.

same caliber, with a wonderful range of portrait, candid, and artistic shots. She was unobtrusive during the ceremony and reception, but perfectly directive for our 'first look' and family portraits. She did a wonderful job with a usually very unphotogenic group! She's also highly professional: I appreciated her quick responses to emails and questions, her willingness to meet with us a week prior to the wedding at our venue to plan how the day would go, and how quickly she delivered the photo CD to us after the wedding. But more importantly, she's such a wonderful person -- it was like having another friend at the wedding, she seemed so genuinely happy for us and delighted to be part of our event.
