Gunsight Pass is a one-of-a-kind private Western town and unforgettable wedding venue in Fort Mcdowell, AZ. Nestled on 28 acres of scenic land, this venue offers stunning Old West-inspired spaces for your wedding celebration.  David Smith established this unique property in 2005, working hard to recreate authentic settings from the historic American West. In 2017, Gunsight Pass was permitted. Now you can rent the property guest house and use entire town for your special day. Conveniently located just half an hour from Phoenix’s Sky Harbor Airport, this property is an easy-to-access rural gem that seamlessly blends modern comforts with rustic charm. Whether you want to dress up and go for a themed feel or keep things classic and simply enjoy the atmosphere, Gunsight Pass is ideal for wedding days of all kinds.  On your big day, you can exchange vows in The Little Stone Chapel. This chic space with room for 80 guests perfectly recreates an Old West church, crafted with Iron Mountain Slate and complete with a 19th-century church bell and restored pews. After your ceremony, pose for fun wedding photos around this desert oasis while your guests sip refreshments and mingle in the Wicked Saguaro Saloon. This authentic saloon-style bar boasts Western movie memorabilia. After cocktail hour, enjoy a fantastic wedding reception in the Birdcage Theater. This deluxe reception space is a replica of the original historic setting in Tombstone and features intimate seating arrangements and a stage perfect for your wedding entertainment. Alternatively, you can celebrate under the expansive Arizona sky in the center of town, creating your own unique ideas. At the end of the evening, you and your beloved can stay in the Jailhouse Guest House, a rustic two-bedroom casita with modern amenities. There’s ample parking available onsite for your guests, and the Gunsight Pass team will work with you to ensure you have everything you need for your beautiful celebration.
