smooth, even with multiple rounds of revisions between both my mom and me. They were incredibly patient as we worked through various designs and wording options, always ensuring we were completely satisfied with every element.
What really impressed me was their dedication to perfection - from sending multiple color samples when I wasn't quite sold on the initial options, to accommodating last-minute name fixes after our final list was submitted. They nailed all the tiny details that made our stationery suite feel truly special and personal.
While the envelopes had some minor sticking issues, it was a small detail compared to the overall exceptional quality and service we received. The final product was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we envisioned for our wedding.
Their professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to work through every detail until it was perfect made the whole process enjoyable rather than stressful. From the moment of reaching out to Samantha to meeting in-person to many emails back-and-forth to bring our vision to life, Gus & Ruby exuded professionalism, kindness, and creativity. Additionally, I'm so happy they expertly worked in my mom's artwork into the wedding suite from the map, crest, and other artwork features. Lastly, it was so much fun ordering day-of stationery items with them like stickers, cocktail bar signs, food signs, and more!
All in all, I can't recommend Gus & Ruby enough. They provide the highest quality invitations, day-of items, and service to make you feel at-ease and also realistically within a budget too! The amount of compliments we got on our invitations speaks volume for their work! Thank you, Gus & Ruby for making memorable time pieces that I'll cherish forever. can not stress enough that the quality and design you receive for the price is completely unmatched. Many of our guests told us they were the most beautiful invitations they had ever received! Laura was wonderful and professional to work with, upon initial booking we had a zoom meeting where we discussed lots of ideas and what our needs were. She was great at making suggestions and accommodations as well to some unique requests. My only feedback would be to give yourself buffer time to when you want your invites, I tried to do this but still found that we got our suite at the back end of their timeline. Everything worked out, but if you are going to stress about that, just start the process earlier. Every invite I have seen them do is completely stunning and original, I highly recommend.

We collaborated on creating what I (biased as it may be) think are the most beautiful invitations. She was more than willing to work with me on the budget I had set aside for invitations and even made suggestions so I could stay within that same budget. They successfully captured the theme and feeling I wanted for the day while still maintaining a classic, beautiful look. They aren't mass produced and will be uniquely our invitations forever! The invitations are hand pressed on an antique press and the quality is unbelievable. You will not be able to get the same quality from a website shop. I received so many amazing compliments on them. I still have an invitation up on our fridge and admire it everyday. If I could do it all over again, I would go right back to Gus & Ruby. You will not be disappointed!

They worked with a drawing I did, helped us clean up and rework the fonts and then printed up the coolest, quirkiest, most gorgeous invitations ever (some people refused to send back the RSVP cards because they were so cool that they wanted to keep them - nice work Sam and Whitney!)! And they were great about meeting and communicating with us, walking us through all of the steps, and they gave us great advice. We couldn't have asked for anything better - in the process and in the product. These ladies know how to bring it, for real.
