Gusto Wood Fired Pizza

We had Gusto cater my daughters wedding last weekend. New owners Lindsey and Zach are delightful to work with. They delivered excellent service and the pizza was delicious. They showed up and had the pizza ready at the time we requested. Our guests loved the pizza. Would highly recommend Gusto!

We had Gusto cater our July wedding, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Through two postponements, Russ was professional, helpful, responsive, and kind. It was hard to narrow down the final catering menu but I don't think you could go wrong with any selection. Our guests loved the pizza, and Russ and his staff were awesome from start to finish. They easily accommodated a variety of dietary restrictions. It was such a perfect part of our wedding day and we would use Gusto again for any event. Thank you Russ and team!!

All the guests cheered when Russ and his pizza oven drove up for the wedding dinner. The food was on time, plentiful, very tasty, and Russ easily accommodated our no limits plus vegan, dairy- and gluten-free menu. Friendly and accessible, we and our guests enjoyed Russ and his team very much. Highly recommend.

We first tried Russ's pizza at the Bellingham Farmers Market. The pizza is absolutely amazing and Russ was so easy to work with! Our guests could not stop talking about how delicious it was and the fact that they left ten pizzas for a late night snack! Such amazing customer service that is only rivaled by the taste of their pizza!

From the moment we met Russ, we knew we had picked the right caterer for our wedding. Our first meeting was for our scheduled tasting at the Bellingham Farmer’s Market. When we arrived, Russ invited us to sit down and try 2 different types of pizza. He also let us sample a new appetizer he was working on. The food was incredible! He encouraged us to stay as long as we liked and checked in with us periodically to see if we had questions. Russ was a pleasure to work with throughout the wedding planning process. He happily accommodated all our dietary requests. He provided gluten-free and vegan pizza at very reasonable prices. He was also willing to serve the dressing and croutons for the salad on the side. It was easy to communicate with Russ via email. He responded quickly and cheerfully answered all our questions. All our guests raved about the food. They loved the caprese salad skewers and the stuffed peppers that we had for appetizers. We chose a 4-flavor pizza package with caesar salad for dinner. Our guests were very pleased with the selection, quality and amount of food. A few weeks before the wedding Russ asked my husband and I to choose our favorite flavor of pizza. We were pleasantly surprised to find to a personal, heart shaped pizza waiting for us at our sweetheart table when we sat down for dinner. It was delicious! After the dinner service was done, Russ and his crew put out extra pizzas so our guests could continue to eat throughout the night. He even provided pizza boxes. Many guests were thrilled to take some pizza home with them. My husband and I snagged a couple boxes on our way out; even served cold the pizza was delicious. I couldn’t imagine having a better caterer for our wedding. Russ and his team are an incredible group of people. They are very kind, helpful and passionate about what they do. That passion really shows in their food. I highly recommend using Gusto Wood Fire Pizza to cater your next event. It will make it one to remember!

We hired Gusto's to cater our rehearsal dinner. They were awesome! The pizza was delicious and their servers were super-friendly. They took care of setup and clean up. Russ, the owner, obviously takes pride in his pizza and it shows! We were super glad that we hired them.

We could not be happier with our choice in Gusto Wood Fired Pizza to cater our wedding. From day one, it was fun and convenient to work with Russ and Terese. They welcomed us to taste from their catering menu down at the Farmers' Market, where we spent an hour laughing and eating amazing food! Within the first 10 minutes, we knew we were going to hire Russ and Terese. The hardest part about working with Gusto was finalizing a menu for our wedding, only because it was so tough to decide between all the delicious pizzas Gusto has to offer! The day of our wedding, Russ and team showed up early, set-up quickly, and were ready to start slingin' pizza as soon as we gave the word! All of our guests were fed quickly, including those with dietary restrictions. 3 months after our wedding, people are still raving about the amazing food we had! Thank you Gusto!

We first had Gusto's pizza at our local farmers market and fell in love with the breakfast pizza, having them at our wedding was a fun and personal touch. Russ was so easy to work with and answered all of our questions quickly and clearly. The pizza was amazing, which we expected, but the set up and take down was seamless and the staff at Gusto's were so kind to us and our guests as well. They barely needed anything to set up in our backyard setting and were ready to serve pizza's quickly and kept them coming until our guests were full. Gusto's made pizza the perfect wedding food for us, I would recommend them to any other pizza lover looking for a unique wedding caterer.
