Guy Thee Wed

ely comfortable with him, he has such a warm, charismatic presence that instantly puts you at ease. Guy was incredibly organized and delivered on every single promise he made. What really set him apart was the effort and care he put into creating our ceremony script. He wrote everything from scratch and took the time to get to know us individually through a thoughtful online questionnaire. Because of that, he was able to beautifully tell our love story in a way that felt personal, genuine, and so “us.” Our guests are still talking about how meaningful and unique the ceremony was! If you’re looking for an officiant who is professional, engaging, and truly invested in making your ceremony special, I would recommend Guy to all of my friends and family without hesitation.

ories we shared about our relationship, Guy created a love story that he would read during the ceremony. He sent a script in advance so we could see all the other details, but he kept our love story a surprise until the day. That was the best part of the ceremony... hearing our love story through his beautifully crafted prose. Guy is a professional and calm presence on what can be a stressful day. We are so glad we worked with him and can't recommend him highly enough!

mpared services, but when we met Guy, everything clicked. Even through a virtual meeting, he greeted us with a big smile, genuine excitement, and a calm, grounded energy that immediately put us at ease. What truly sets Guy apart is how deeply he gets to know his couples. His extensive questionnaire and conversations are phenomenal. He didn’t just ask surface-level questions; he was genuinely curious about our individual journeys, values, quirks, and the story that led us to each other. Because of that investment, he created a ceremony that was deeply thoughtful, culturally rich, poetic, and true to who we are. Guy started with a ceremony outline he had developed, and then he invited us to make it our own. We asked to incorporate three poem readings, spiritual reflections, music, and an African water libation ceremony to honor our families and ancestors. Not only was he open to all of it, he was excited! He helped us integrate these elements so they flowed beautifully, and he guided us with clear timelines so everything was finalized well before our January 2026 wedding date. On the day of the wedding, he delivered the ceremony with warmth, presence, and storytelling that felt like it came from someone who had known us for years. The ceremony was intimate, elegant, and full of meaning. The best part? Afterward, our families were amazed. One relative said, “I didn’t know he was such a close friend of yours; he really knows you two.” Others actually asked if we had met Guy in college because of the intimate knowledge he shared about us and the way he described our journey. Guy, thank you so much for honoring our story, our cultures, and our love with such care and creativity. You helped make our wedding at the Wave Hotel in Orlando unforgettable! Más & Vin

the process simple, fun, and so meaningful! You can tell he truly cares to get to know you as a couple and this showed in how personal and emotional our ceremony was. We received so many compliments from our guests that it was the best ceremony they have seen. We would absolutely recommend Guy again and again!

during my vows, he was right there with tissues ready before I even realized I needed them. Even when his microphone unexpectedly died, Guy didn't miss a beat. He simply projected his voice so every guest could hear, and kept us both so calm and grounded. It was wonderful to have an officiant who handled everything with such grace so we could just stay in the moment and enjoy our day. If you want someone who is professional, prepared, and truly cares, hire Guy!

he guided us through so many choices. I was so against writing our own vows mostly because I knew I would be nervous and emotional, but he gave me tips and calmed my nerves. Our vows turned out to be the best part, even if I did get my makeup ruined by a few tears! One funny thing that happened was we were supposed to have confetti cannons go off during the kiss, but they mistakenly went off during the rings. Guy made a joke about how exchanging rings has never been so exciting and that just turned the moment into a sweet amd hilarious memory. Even after all this time, friends still talk about the ceremony. I would definitely recommend Guy to anyone. He was just so wonderful. Thank you!

o easy to work with, very attentive, and really takes the time to get to know the couple. Both ceremonies felt personal and meaningful, and somehow the second one was even better than the first. As a mother of the bride, I know I can be a bit much at times, but Guy worked so well with both my daughter and me and made everything feel easy and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a wedding officiant who creates a lovely, touching ceremony.

ceremony got the most comments from our friends and family. Moments before the ceremony began, we had a change in who was going to participate in the ring warming ceremony and he didn't bat an eye. He took care of everything and made us feel calm and secure. We just couldn't have been happier. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

get to know us and understand the overall vibe we wanted for our ceremony. The ceremony he wrote was beautiful, personal, and everything we hoped it would be. Our guests kept telling us afterward how thoughtful and heartfelt it was. We honestly couldn’t imagine anyone doing a better job. If you want an officiant who’s organized, warm, intuitive, and truly cares about making your ceremony meaningful, Guy is the one. We can’t recommend him enough.

our love story through us, our family and friends, and our vision. He couldn’t have been any better weaving together our story to share in front of our family and friends, and customizing our wedding service. gs. He did such a wonderful job. We were very pleased. We would highly recommend him

sure everything was set up as needed for the ceremony. The ceremony was wonderful, highlighting the personalities of the bride and groom throughout. He included their love story, which included how the couple met, fell in love, and became engaged. There were unique elements within the ceremony that were selected by the couple that included scripture and prayer weaved throughout. Overall, Guy provide a unique and memorable ceremony that the couple and their guests are sure to remember for many years to come.

morous approach working with my daughter and son-in-law. Swenson's delivery of what he calls 'The Love Story' portion of the ceremony brought laughter and tears. He clearly spent the time to get to know my daughter and son-in-law before writing their story. It was absolutely a wonderful and most memorable aspect of the wedding. As the mother-of-the-bride, Guy Swenson brought a level of ease and comfort to the day I did not think possible! His warm and personable professionalism was more than we could have hoped. It's hard to think of anyone else who could have contributed more perfectly as the officiant. Absolutely stellar experience!
